Everything was perfect. The house is superb, spacious, well equipped and clean. Frankly very pleasantly surprised because I already found it very beautiful in the photo but in real life the main room is even bigger than I expected. I was in contact with Cécile who was lovely. Anyway, I'm delighted. Thank you for your trust ☺️

The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

Everything is perfect in Paulo's house. We where enjoying everything. It's rare to fall into such clean places. Very nice place, very well decorated, very good mattress. Really everything is perfect. In addition, we have parking space. The bakery is close by for breakfast. The place is very close to the RER station ( convenient to visit Paris) but is ultra quiet. A real slice of heaven. Ultra easy communication with Paulo. It's been a long time since we rented air B&Bs but it's by far one of the best. Thanks Paulo! We hope to be back someday!

Paul’s home is beautiful and very comfortable. I loved the fireplace and the thoughtful curation of books, art and vinyl records. Every detail invites you to relax and unwind. The garden is also very special. Paul is a very kind and generous host, and I’m grateful for his help and recommendations. I’d return to Paris, not just for the city, but to experience the stay at his home all over again. Thank you.

The apartment was very cozy and clean. There is a parking lot near the house where I left my car. But I didn't really like the area

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment with our two adult children. The location was excellent and had so many wonderful restaurants in the local area. It was very close to many wonderful sites, and the description matched perfectly with what we saw. We would highly recommend this place. It was also wonderful to have a break from the restaurants, and buy some local cheese, ham and bread and enjoy it in the apartment (especially with the lovely bottle of Prosecco that was a welcome gift) . We felt very much at home. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

In my opinion, the apartment is great to spend a few days. Everything was very clean, a large kitchen(although we used it) and the bed was super comfortable). Isabelle was responding super fast to all my messages and even being sick one of the days she went out to chat with us for a while. She's a lovely woman. The area is quiet and well connected to the bus and subway lines. The only thing is a peeler far away and maybe you have to take 2-3 transports to get to the center of Paris. And then that I had general heating and I to be quite friolera I was a little cold. (Less in the bed, the Nordic is a wonder) For everything else, my partner and I had a very good stay.

Antoine is an absolutely amazing host. He was there to greet me when I arrived and was very flexible with my arrival time. I stayed a total of three weeks, with two small trips in between and he was very accommodating with helping me out to save some costs. He came in between to change the towels and bed sheets, and brought a heater for me because the building hadn’t turned it on yet. He was thoughtful with his check-ins and always made sure I had everything I needed. The place was clean and very comfortable for one person. I was able to walk to 6 different metro stops (possibly more), all within 10 minutes. As a light sleeper, blackout shutters for the windows were also amazing. He has everything you’d need in the apartment but very responsive if you find anything lacking. Overall, very satisfied with my stay.

We loved the space! Super close by the metro and any food near by was also amazing! The only downside was the dryer was broken for washing clothes but luckily there was plenty of space to hang dry clothes! I would definitely stay here again and I am looking forward to returning soon!

Stayed in Franck’s home while he was away on vacation. It’s nice and feels like a home. Franck’s communication is stellar.

We stayed at Olivier's place (with our toddler) for the second time, because we were so happy with the apartment, the communication with the host and the location (at our previous stay in 2024)! We absolutely recommend this place and Olivier as a host!

Great apartment very close to the metro station. Close to many restaurants and shopping.

Judith and Cédric are the definition of super-hosts, highly responsive and you're unlikely to find a warmer welcome to Paris! Unfortunately my spoken french is no where near the level I wish it to be, however I was reassured to know that Judith and Cédric speak very good English and both had a great sense of humour to go with it. (Even when we managed to lock ourselves out!) The apartment itself was a joy to stay in, very clean with nice big windows throughout to let in good amounts of natural light and spacious. But most importantly it was very quiet and this couldn't have been a greater relief after 8-9hrs travelling by car from England, you wouldn't think you're in the central Paris! The local area is very walkable neighbourhood and you have a well stocked Carrefour at the end of the street for groceries. Also Canal St Martin is only a 5 minute walk away as well as a Metro station. All in all, a very delightful visit and would happily stay again!

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!
