We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property was the ideal base for our week, with a short walk to lake beach and easy access to amenities. The house was clean and well presented and although one of the toilets was broken on arrival, Nathalie quickly organised a repair for the next morning. Would highly recommend.

Great stay at Elsa and Marc's, very welcoming hosts, good advice and very responsive to various requests from us. We had a great time at Philippe's cottage. The cottage is very convenient because it's very well-equipped, spacious rooms, basement suitable for ski equipment. For skiing, it took us about 20-25 minutes in the morning, road not jammed around 9 a.m. Philippe was very responsive and kind. The delivery of breads and pastries in the morning is a real pleasure. The house is very nice and very functional. Its garden that walks the house, allows children to play, bike safely. The views are clear on the mountain. Its location allows quick access to lake activities and grocery stores, while being quiet. Jeremy is very kind, he is an attentive host to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We had a great stay with our family. We highly recommend this listing to everyone, especially families with children.

Ideal house for our family reunion! We enjoyed the many amenities and especially in the kitchen (sometimes succinct), the space and pleasant comfort of the rooms, the bathrooms, the modern and old decoration, a large TV screen, the general cleanliness, the small attention of the owner, the good hospitality compromise (concierge and linens provided) and the Airbnb concept is very well thought out for tourists. The lake views are stunning! Exchanges with the concierge were very fluid and responsive. The location is perfect for exploring the region. This house has a lived experience and we were happy to be part of it. We recommend without moderation!

We all enjoyed our stay and the house was beautiful, especially the space afforded both inside and out. Chrystele was a very good host and everything went well. Not sure what more I can say. We would definitely return.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Spacious house (with 13 of us, we didn't step on each other's toes). Well-equipped. Well-placed for the lake and mountain. In rainy weather the kids enjoyed the ping-pong and foosball.

We had a great stay at Gayles place for our group skiing holiday. The house was perfect for a stay with friends with children and the location was ideal just a few minutes walk from the gondola. The house had everything we needed and the welcome treats were a nice touch. We would definitly stay again - Thank you Gayle! 😊

We enjoyed our stay! Everything worked out great. The lake is always worth a trip and leads you to dream :) Large windows in all directions bring maximum brightness and a great view.

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

It was very comfortable and convenient. Located in a peaceful neighborhood close to the lake. The host, Eli, was very considerate, kind, and always willing to help. I would definitely love to come again.

This is one of the nicest Air BnBs we have ever stayed in. The location was stunning, with a glorious view of the mountains from the garden. The house was spacious and the pool large and very well maintained. At the same time, the location was great - it was just a couple of minutes walk from the lake, the cycle track and some very good local restaurants. The neighbourhood felt very safe and we were comfortable walking there at night. Sibel and her family are also incredible hosts - they have a real generosity of spirit which shines through. My hire car broke down as I was leaving and, as I had to go to the airport, they kindly waited with the car whilst the hire car company's breakdown service came to collect it. They even offered to drive me to the airport! I have recommended this place to several of my friends - it's perfect for families and friends.

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very quiet and very relaxing. After many exchanges by message with Cendrine, we were warmly welcomed by Melanie. The house matched the description in every way. It is perfect for a family of 5. Our 3 children were able to enjoy the many games on site (swing, trampoline, children's playhouse without counting all the indoor games made available). For adults, there is everything you need: equipped kitchen, washing machine, gas barbecue, etc. Not to mention the semi-in-ground pool (more than enough to cool off) The beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking Albertville offers breathtaking views of the mountains. A nice petanque court allows you to relax while the kids play safely (fully fenced court) Close to all amenities. Finally, very clean house. A big thank you to Cendrine and her family for allowing us to have such a vacation and thank you also to Mélanie for hosting us.

Wonderful stay in this comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation... my friends and I were very happy with these returns from the slopes by the fireplace and this warm atmosphere like at home... a special note for Tom who checks all the boxes of kindness, availability to efficiency... thanks to him for his invaluable help 😊🌺👏

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable. The 2 A/C bedrooms made for very comfortable sleeping, helped by very effective shutters and a very peaceful area. The pool was a lovely way to cool off and relax in a very private and peaceful garden. The location is amazing with a very short walk to 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, a local min-market, a local grocer and a tabac, as well as several very nice local restaurants. The lake is less than 5 minutes down a shaded road and is spectacular - we went every day and loved the water and the grassy shores which offered loads of shade. Virginie and her husband were a delight - they were hugely welcoming and accommodating, they were very prompt at replying to messages and made us feel absolutely at home. We'd visit again anytime. A brilliant holiday.
