Ideally located to enjoy the surroundings and the Region. The house is very well-equipped and very pleasant to stay in. Penelope and her mom (both very welcoming) are available if needed. We had a great family weekend and will be back if the opportunity arises again!:)

Pierrette's cottage is great. The host and wife are very nice and helpful The location is great. Fully fenced so ideal for a little dog. Small note is that there is a similar property on the same plot. It's not a big deal at all, but if they also have a little dog it has to click. The cottage is fully equipped with comforts and luxury and also outside there is a petanque court, a covered billiards a pingpong table and much more. From the house you can walk through a gate (closed with lock) right into the woods. You can always sunbathe or eat outside via various terraces. Highly recommended!

I did not meet Damien because he was working, but we communicated on the phone, the information was very clear, concerned about our arrival and that our stay went smoothly. We rented the 3 cottages at the same time because we were a big group. All 3 homes were perfect. We were able to enjoy the large garden, pool and jacuzzi. Location is ideal, quiet, and very pretty. The owners live right next door, but we were very discreet to let us enjoy our weekend. They were also very responsive by message. They are two welcoming and very kind people. I recommend their cottages, whether with friends, family or couples. Thank you for this moment.

We had a great stay despite the weather. The mobile home is perfectly equipped. We didn't miss anything. David has always been available to answer any questions we may have. This is a small campsite that I enjoyed quiet. I recommend 😊

Very pretty quiet house near La Palmyre/Royan

Christophe is a very welcoming and pleasant host. The house perfectly matches the listing. Everything was very clean upon arrival and tidy. Christophe took the time to explain the activities in the surrounding area with a plan, thank you to him. Very well equipped with a baby cot, high chair, toilet reducer, some games and even a draisienne provided the best of the best for parents. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant. The location is ideal if you want to visit the surroundings we are ideally placed! The house is also very well-equipped!

A quiet rest that remains close to Niort. What a pleasure to change places in the city we've already taken. Sylvie is helpful and does not hesitate to ask in case of meeting if everything is okay. I would recommend with pleasure!
