A Contemporary quiet zen studio/duplex sunny oasis

This is a 'bijou' , calm studio /duplex on a sunny day it is lightfilled. It's attached to my four bedroomed house. The town of wicklow is a 10 minute walk also beach,harbour, cliffs to the main bus to Dublin Bray Glendalough . it is a 22 minute walk to the train station. It is a residential neighbourhood ,a secluded corner house in a quiet cul de sac with parking. As I am a yogi it was designed with zen , calm ,relaxing atmosphere in mind. and is beside my home Yoga Studio.

Charming coastal cottage sleeps 4 in popular town

Coastal cottage was built in 1900 and renovated and extended one hundred years later in 2000. The large spacious B&B is situated in the back of the cottage facing out the garden looking towards Bray head. It is all on one level. There is a double bedroom large sitting room kitchen diner and a newly renovated bathroom with a power shower.

Lovely walks around nearby Tara Hill. Gorey is about a 10-minute drive away and is a lovely, bustling Irish town with great shopping, pubs and festivals.

The Lawn Yurt

We've stayed in loads of airb&bs and glamping and this one was hands down our favourite. The yurt was super cozy, clean and comfy. Host provided hot water bottles which we decided to use and they just added to the comfort. There was a heater in the yurt but we didn't use it. Walked, Lit a fire, made smores, kicked a ball, watched the sheep, played with the resident dog, simple things that added to the experience. Loved the bathrooms, kitchen facilities. Fabulous little touches around the place. It felt very "free" loved that we weren't restricted in the areas we could explore, we weren't met with a list of dos and donts like lots of places. Lorcan was so nice and friendly and we enjoyed hearing about the history of the place. I can't wait to return, perhaps with some friends to enjoy the large communal outdoor seating /bbq area. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Loved staying in Monique’s home. It was beautiful, clean and so close to the beach. It was a family friendly home suitable for teenagers and toddlers. Monique communicated with me throughout our stay and had a hand list of restaurants and places to visit. She lent us dry robes for sea swims and family games for game nights. I would absolutely stay here again.

A perfect week spent in Greystones at Aron and Laura's place. Close enough to everything you could possibly want including the beach, marina, great restaurants and Greystones town centre. Forget something? No problem, there's a supermarket within 3 mins walk. Further afield take your pick, superb country and beach walks, mountain biking trails and more. The house was immaculate, and it was more than adequate for our teenage family. Positively luxurious especially the oversized door height and high ceilings, perfect for myself and sons given we are all over 2M. The kitchen had everything you could want and more. The hosts left some gifts for us on arrival which set the week off very well indeed. The only thing that we couldn't find was a washing line to dry clothes but given the hosts offering up their tumble dryer, no big deal. Oh and given the good weather, I should mention the back garden, a tropical plant chill space. Lovely. Thanks Aron and Laura! Love it.

Clive has put a lot into his creative space. Everywhere we looked was an artifact with a story. I love furniture that has character and Clive put it all together beautifully. It’s both comfy and funky. I felt as though I was in an original Irish dwelling but with all the modern conveniences. The sauna was a bonus.

We are 5 friends who meet once a year and look for properties in rural locations, peaceful settings, scenery, great local walks and restaurants. The Old Cowshed ticked all the boxes and more. Jane and Sean were so welcoming and helpful. They are so lucky to live in such an idyllic part of Wicklow. With the beautiful village of Roundwood close by we had access to shops and dined in a delicious restaurant. Glendalough is only a short drive away and was spectacular. Thank you Jane and Sean and congratulations on your stunning property, it is wonderful.

We had a fantastic time staying here. Ryan was communicative and offered lots of local recommendations. The space was exactly what we needed for a few days in Wicklow, and was very comfortable. The area was so peaceful and walkable, couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Sarah is a wonderful host. She's flexible, responds very quickly and makes sure you have everything you need. She's attentive and just a genuine, warm human. The accommodation is just like described and on the photos. No perfection, but that's what makes you feel at home right away. It's a home with a story, and that's what we wanted. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we genuinely felt at ease. It's also close to many wonderful gems to explore or even the more touristy stuff in Wicklow as well. I would definitely recommend this place!!!
