It's rare to find an airbnb that's better than the pictures, but this home exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, in an idyllic Irish countryside setting. It felt like we were in a movie set, with gorgeous green meadows, the blue lake and sheep, quiet surroundings, and a large home that is completely comfortable. The views out of every window were like paintings. The rooms are large and spacious, with nice beds and bedding for all. It was cosy and warm on the cold days when the weather was stormy, and the showers always had nice hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped and comfortably large, and wifi in every room made working here easy. Our family loved hiking the surrounding hills, playing at the lake, and even practicing tennis. The hosts are lovely people, always willing to help, and very responsive. We feel so fortunate to have found this place!! It was a perfect home base as we worked from here and then trekked out on day trips around Ireland. Thank you!

Hosts were amazingly friendly when we arrived. Place was great inside and and surrounding areas were gorgeous. Well worth visiting for a quiet getaway.

Gael was a wonderful host and the village that the property is in, is lovely. We were expecting a ground floor apartment, however the upstarts apartment we stayed in had stunning views over an expansive garden....and had every facility you could need for short or long stays. Mount Temple is one of the friendliest villages I've visited and has a great pub and restaurant as well as a little village shop that has been owned by the same guy for over 60 years. The property is a great place to explore the middle of Ireland and the West Coast around Galway. I have no hesitation in recommending Gael and the property to anyone that wants to visit Ireland.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at pheasant Lane with Geraldine and Derek. Hosts were fast to reply to any query we had. Very welcoming ok arrival and gave a tour of the place and helpful instructions on how to use the sauna and hot tubs. We felt right at home and got some well needed relaxing in. The room was also decorated for Christmas which really added to the stay. We'll definitely be back xx

A peaceful, quiet and tranquil place surrounded by trees and nature. Close to the main road but far enough away thanks to the country lane to the accommodation. Lots of local sights and walks just a few minutes drive. There is a local shop just 5 minutes drive but also supermarkets 30 minutes away too. So in short it feels miles away from civilisation but any amenities are close at hand.

Had a great stay at Sean’s shed! An awesome place all round - comfortable, quiet, clean, bathtub great for jetlag recovery and our hosts were super helpful. Appreciated all the little extras. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever back here! Thank you!
