Vacation rentals with a patio in County Waterford

We absolutely loved being at Orla’s! Her space is decorated so thoughtfully. It felt better than being at home! The courtyard is so beautiful and the property itself is peaceful and natural. Orla went above and beyond for us before, during, and after our stay. She’s so lovely, and we hope to stay again someday!

Apartment is in a brilliant location and within 5 mins walk of main square. Probably the cleanest AirBnB that we stayed in. Apartment looks out into the harbour and was lovely to sit at the table in the kitchen, looking out at the boats, sea lions, sea otters and birds. Our son loved it. Only downside was it was on the second level and not lift, guessed that in advance and didn’t put us off. Lovely warm apartment. We had our 22 month old with us and Jennifer asked in advance if we needed a high chair and a travel cot. Both were provided and were brand new! Jennifer was proactive in contacting us to ensure everything was fine. Highly recommend.

The location was in easy reach of lots of the local attractions in particular the Greenway and local mountain range. The accomindation was lovely and restful. it had everything we needed for our weekend stay.

Orla’s place is a little slice of relaxation and perfection. We enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay and felt so at home in her cozy place. Orla is so friendly and helpful. The location is not far from Waterford town and we had an easy time getting a taxi into town and back so we could enjoy ourselves. We sat outside for breakfasts to enjoy the outdoor courtyard, which is really cute and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone wanting some peace and quiet and a tranquil getaway! We will visit again!

Location could not be better, no more and for most less than 5 min to everything, beach, restaurants, coffee/bakery shop (one of the best), supermarket. No need for a car once you are here. Nicely appointed apartment with some simple but welcome touches, small supply of milk, tea, coffee, condiments, all the basics. And, a great host

Ann was a great host, she allowed to stay a few days longer and was always quick to respond to questions. I would certainly stay in this home again.

Lovely cottage, it was located 2 minutes from the beach with lovely walks. The house was so comfortable, really well stocked kitchen with everything we could have needed.

Justine has been an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place—it features spacious rooms with plenty of natural light, and a cozy, beautifully decorated living room that’s perfect for unwinding. This is truly a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

The house was perfect in every way. Whole house was pristine, beds so comfortable. Keira's instructions were perfect and she had thought of every detail. Wwe enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Keira's again.

We enjoyed our week in Jay's place. It was very well kept, modern and peaceful. Everything in Tramore was within walking distance with many places to eat, walks & trails to explore. The beach looks fantastic although the weather wasn't on our side during our stay to enjoy it. We did manage to see some great waves when the tide came in!! Would recommend Jay's place to any family looking to spend their holidays in Tramore.

A great spot for a young family. Has all the basic amenities needed (per what's described) and close to the main attractions. Vince and Rachel were very communicative and helped resolve a minor issue we faced promptly. We would be happy to be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is very well designed to maximise the relatively small floor area. The living area and kitchen is on the first floor to make the most of the spectacular ocean view. We found the place spotless and very comfortable.

Myself and a few friends had the week off college and wanted to visit Waterford for a few days so we decided to book Rachel’s studio. The studio is very spacious and spotlessly clean. It also offers both a pool table and a darts board which was a major plus to my friends and I. The house itself is placed in a very peaceful, private housing estate with easy access to the town and the sea. We utterly enjoyed our stay.

This was one of the most stunning Airbnbs we have ever had the absolute pleasure to stay in. It is brand new, cutting edge design with lovely well thought out details. It had every amenity we could possibly need. Thank you so much to Mary and Kieran, perfect hosts. This house made our whole weekend extra extra special.

Immaculate apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Linens were good quality. Located right on the sea front, although because it is on the ground floor, the view is over a pleasant green space rather than the sea. We found the complex to be very quiet and everyone was friendly. A great spot for exploring all the small beaches, shops and cafes in the centre of the town and only a short walk to the main strand and boardwalk. Maurice arranged for us to stop off en route to collect a key, but all went smoothly and caused no problem for us. In fact it allowed a slightly earlier check-in than expected. The only issue we had was that the shower in the ensuite was not working so we had to share the one in the main bathroom. The kitchen was pristine and everything looked new. We didn't do any cooking so not sure about kitchen equipment. No microwave or coffee machine. There were clothes in one wardrobe, so no hanging space but plenty of drawers. Would recommend without hesitation.
