I had a great stay, comfortable and quiet I would highly recommend to others.

Perfect house for a family getaway. House has a stunning view of the lake. Vincent was very helpful and made us feel right at home with some lovely touches such as fresh scones, cream, milk & wine. I would highly recommend for a quiet weekend away.

We were recommended Elizabeth’s home and we’re not disappointed. We had a couple of changes and she was more than accommodating. Would recommend her house without hesitation.

Inviting 4-Bed House in Strokestown

PaulRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The house has everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and showers in every bedroom. Plenty of outdoor space with plenty of parking. 4 good sized bedrooms. It's a 5 minute drive to the town but the restaurant across the road is very good. The town itself has everything you need. The owner was very helpful and always available if needed.

I enjoyed my stay here . The setting was lovely and as I was traveling alone this time I felt very safe and secure . Beautiful places to cycle and walk . Easy access to the canal for water sports . It was lovely being on a working farm and seeing the animal . I would highly recommend.

Carmen & Robert's Country House Retreat

WilliamRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We spent 4 nights at Carmen and Robert's and wanted to stay longer! It is a beautiful small farm with a hand-built stone home with amazing architecture and amenities. The yard was beautifully arranged and landscaped complete with chickens, benches, beautiful views. We had our 2-year-old grandson with us, and he was in heaven the entire time. A walk down the lane led to views of cows, lambs, beautiful landscapes. The interior decorations are amazing and exceptionally comfortable. And the gourmet kitchen left nothing to the imagination, we cooked in almost every meal! We highly recommend this place and hope to return soon. And I should mention Carmen can provide a professional massage to you at a very y reasonable price! If you are looking for a peaceful place to recharge, this is it, and Carmen and Robert will absolutely take care of you!
