This cozy and comfortable apartment is in a great location. Super central, in the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The contact with Mirjam in advance was very pleasant. Quick response and a lot of flexibility regarding check-in. The reception was also very warm. The apartment is very well equipped, we did not go wrong and all the necessary basic products were fully available. The delicious bottle of wine made it complete! ;-) Furthermore: very clean, good wifi and a lovely bed. In short: excellent value for money. Absolutely recommended!

Ute and her husband are very correct and likeable landlords. The apartment is large and spacious. It is very modern, clean and quiet. The apartment has everything that you need and more. We really enjoyed our stay in this rustic and comfortable apartment. It is very spacious and has everything you need. The heater works well and fast. The garden looked very nice as well. We especially enjoyed the bed in the little nook - it was so cosy! It also gave us an illusion of a spacial separation to the baby travel bed. The cherry on the cake was the Roelie's breakfast: simple and delicious!!

We spent three days with our family in this special and authentic farmhouse. Beautifully decorated in style! Six bedrooms with wonderful beds. The kitchen is super well equipped, plenty of everything for our large group. The living room is cozy and cozy. And....the surprise in the attic was much appreciated! So nice! The farm is beautifully located on the Berkel, close to nature and close to the center of Eibergen. Ellen and Jan are very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed it and would like to come back again!

Without a doubt, highly recommended! We had a lovely stay at Gertjan's home. Everything at hand, you can walk to the Brink, the shops and various restaurants in no time. And yet the house is quiet, which we liked. Completed the breakfast which was ready in the fridge and the delicious coffee.

We (4 people) had a lovely stay in the fantastically cozy farmhouse. Aljanneke welcomed us most friendly and welcoming. After a short reception and a few homely instructions, the entire farm was completely at our disposal. And we enjoyed the peace, the house, each other, the surroundings, the welcome gift (apple juice, jam and special beers) and all the tips from Aljanneke. We have already booked another weekend in 2025 and will stick an extra day to it this time. We're already very much looking forward to that! In one word, fantastic!

Perfect week with friends in quiet comfortable home. The beds were REALLY comfortable, home temperature was perfect, living room cozy. Really nice place for dogs 🐶

We spent with great pleasure the period between Christmas and New Year's Eve in cottage ¨Haas¨ with our 2 children. Cottage was clean and equipped with every comfort! We will definitely come back ;-)

Staying at Marc's vacation home was highly recommended. The house is super comfortable and nicely decorated. You're right at home. The surrounding area is very nice. You have the opportunity to walk to the water within a few minutes to swim or sup or just long walks, in addition, within 15 minutes by car you are in Lingen and after a max. one hour drive also in Holland. A really beautiful place and we will definitely come back again. A very small criticism would be that there is only one shower, despite the three bathrooms, otherwise it was completely perfect for us. Thanks :-)

beautiful accommodation with underfloor heating and sufficient comfort without frills. The outdoor area is probably even if you want to use it. However, we were only there in the dark. The kitchen has everything we needed, nice big shower also. It was a very enjoyable stay for the end of the day

We were there for the index for a weekend and then walked from the apartment, which was great. The apartment was very nice and large, you had everything you needed. There were three keys we could use. Communication was super quick and easy, we were even shown around in the beginning.

The house was as described, clean and nicely decorated. Everything was there. The contact with the hostess was super uncomplicated, individual arrangements were no problem at all, friendly, nice and accommodating - recommended for everyone!

What can I say? I used the accommodation for several weeks, extended again. Work from home no problem at all, thanks to very good internet. Great equipped kitchen, great room layout, everything very chic and lovingly decorated. I didn't miss anything, but now I lack the unobstructed view from the kitchen/balcony to the Ems in the morning. :) Beautiful! Thanks for the time!
