Michael's place was a great place to stay! It was peaceful and private with beautiful horses and deer! Although, we didn't see any cows from the pictures. The place was clean and had everything in the pictures. Check in was smooth and check out included simple instructions- just know you'll have to take any trash with you. We will definitely plan to stay again.

Loved the deer roaming right in the yard and nearby field each morning and evening. Incredibly comfortable home and furnishings. Being able to use the hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this place. We can only say great things about this place and hope to stay in the future! Thank you for being a great host!!

A clean, comfortable home in a remote location, perfect for stargazing. We were looking for a place that was close to Cherry Springs State Park, and this was definitely a great choice. The house has four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, but did not feel too big. The patio offered a clear view of the sky, and wood was available to use in the outdoor fireplace. Use caution if traveling here in winter, as a lot of surrounding areas are snow-covered and icy. As others have mentioned, please follow the directions that the host provides and do NOT rely on GPS. We downloaded the Google offline maps ahead of time for the area, but followed GPS and ended up on some slippery, unmaintained roads. The host provides instructions that keep you on paved roads the entire way.

The apartment was perfect base place for a few days exploring the Coudersport area. It was a warm place to return to rejuvenate after exploring in the cold weather. John and Olga provided us with suggestions for things to do and were quickly responsive when needs arose. Olga even patiently assisted me in my decision- making in her yarn store. So many options and it was hard for me to stay focused used. Thanks Olga! It was a pleasure meeting them and I look forward to returning to Coudersport to view more stars and all that it has to offer.

Had a pleasant stay. Was in the area for some outdoor recreation. Place had everything we needed. Made breakfast in the morning and hit some of the local eateries for dinner. Good cell service and WiFi. Close to town but far enough away. TV worked great and the beds were comfortable. A great little place w a lot of nice touches. Glad we made the choice to stay there.

This was our second time staying at the Southwoods Lodge and we will surely come back again as we have family in the area. The lodge provides everything we needed for a comfortable stay with plenty of room to spread out and sit under the covered porch. Perfect location. Within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, grocery store and Dollar General. Apartment was sparse, but fully functional and very clean. There were no stairs, perfectly accessible for my 86 year old father. I will definitely stay here again!

If you can stay on Hill Street I highly recommend it - it's a perfect getaway spot high in the trees!!

Had a great stay at the Snow Drop Inn. A perfect little place nestled in the hills of Potter County. The place met our expectations and had everything we needed for our getaway. Note: I can sleep through anything, so I didn't knock off stars for it, but if you're sensitive to road noise, know that the head of the bed is maybe 30 feet off US-6, which gets heavy truck traffic. That said, it's also a great location, right around the corner from Coudersport's quaint downtown. Clean, enough space for two. Enough kitchen supplies for basic cooking. Bed was comfortable and had plenty of blankets. Take your slippers if you're there in winter, because the house is built on a slab, which gets quite cold (but at least there are enough rugs that you only really notice it in the kitchen).

I would’ve paid more! Ann was a phenomenal host. The place was clean and exactly as advertised. We had a minor issue (through no fault of our host) and not only was Ann on top of fixing it she went above and beyond to make sure it didn’t effect our stay. YOU WILL NOT REGRET YOUR STAY HERE!

This cabin was awesome! Main reason is location. Many cabins are too close to highway for good nights rest. We have stayed in some with no rest that night. This was best nights of sleep in Tioga ever. Thank you. we will return!

Such a peaceful and relaxing trip! Fell in love with this quaint and cozy cabin! Did a lot of cooking and I really appreciated all of the cookware provided. Also loved the DVDS and books provided! Stayed during a cloudy weekend but the forecast called for one clear hour around 2am - thanks to the clearing out back we were able to enjoy a gorgeous view rolling right out of bed!!! Would definitely return!

NANNY'S NOOK a place full of peacefulness

The Nanny’s Nook is a wonderful place to stay at. The stream behind the house is very convenient for fishing. The kids caught a lot of fish and even the adults had a chance to catch some too. Lol. The neighbor was super kind. He even brought us over firewood. This is our second time back to the Nanny’s Nook and it won’t be our last. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and being so responsive.
