We loved our short stay in Melanie’s apartment! The location is so convenient to downtown SLC. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The apartment building is older so you will hear some floor creaking and footsteps/voices from neighbors, but it was still quiet and noise levels seemed to be respected very well! Thank you Melanie for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful place to stay that is close to downtown! We loved our stay and it was very easy to find and check in to. We wanted a place with good parking in a safe area that’s walkable distance to downtown, that’s exactly what we found here! Loved it thank you!

We needed the place for a night before my medical procedure. I am a smaller person so the bed was hard to sleep on. The other rooms were pristine and clean. There was an air conditioner in every window. The rooms had a slight chill because it was Dec. It was well worth the amount we payed. We will be looking to stay again.

This was a great place for us during a family member’s long term stay at the hospital. The apartment was lovely and quiet. Everything was exactly as advertised with some nice extras such as fresh eggs, shampoo and misc personal bathroom items, laundry products, extra linens and more. Nearby is a neighborhood grocery and several eateries too. Access to the medical center was quick and easy and it was a relief to come home to this cozy space in between our extended hours at the hospital. Highly recommend.

Amy and co were great to deal with and let us check in early and the place was just what we needed. heaps of space and very warm with the beautiful heater fire place under the TV's. would definitely stay again.

Very clean, cozy, and well-maintained basement apartment on a quiet street. The location was ideal for me, and the neighborhood is charming. Anthony was proactive about making sure my stay went smoothly.

Staying here was a great experience. Cozy, great amenities, clean. Host was very responsive anytime we needed anything and the kitchen was fully stocked, which was nice. There was a cute walking path just a couple of blocks away, complete with wild rabbits and horses for our enjoyment. Highly recommend!

This basement apartment was perfect for our family stay in the SLC area. It's located in Sandy with easy access to the I-15 and the canyons. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook meals and snacks. The beds were comfortable. There's also a washer and dryer! I would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed here for a long weekend while attending a wedding nearby. Great place, very clean and AC was perfect. Easy check in and Joseph even was able to accommodate an earlier check in for us when our flight got in early. Overall great value and cute neighborhood to walk around!

Very impressed with the amenities for a basement apartment—sink even had garbage disposal! Was happy to have dishwasher, laundry, fenced back yard great for my dogs, and very well stocked kitchen. Amazing trails you can run to straight from the house. Very positive experience!

In town for a funeral. Thankful that you’re beautiful apartment could accommodate our family. It was peaceful, quiet and beautifully furnished beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the provisions left for our benefit. Would definitely recommend!

Great place and we'll put together.

Wow!! 🤩 Monica was incredible! From the very start she was proactive in her communication. She asked about our dietary restrictions and flavor preferences for breakfast, and she sent clear instructions for where to park and how to get in. She was kind and even gave us her cookie recipe when we asked for it! The place was just like the pictures, and the little details made it so great! The oil diffuser, washing machine, iron and ironing board, chocolates, and having the flavors for breakfast that we liked made all the difference. We loved watching the Olympics on the big screen, and appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the projector. We had a wonderful stay, and will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic host. Super private and quiet. Great neighborhood and super close to resorts. Shopping for everything close by. Place was very well done. Hot tub is excellent. Will absolutely return!

This was a nice quaint little townhome. It was a nice easy 1 mile walk from the Salt Palace Convention Center which is what we were in town for. Kelly was very nice and helpful when messaging.

Our family had a great stay! Comfortable beds and room to spread out. Tood was quick to respond to any communication.

This stay was relaxing and 5 star. I loved how comfortable, relaxing and quiet this place was.. there were a plentiful of linens, blankets and kitchen supplies. The living room area is nice , Bath tub is big and the Mountain View is so great!

Mandi’s place never disappoints! I have stayed here a few times already with my son and my son just loves all the amenities. The hot tub and gym are so nice to have right across from where we were staying. The actual apartment is really nice and didn’t have to bring anything to make our stay comfortable it had it all extra blankets, pillows, towels and much more. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

Had a great stay for our snowboarding trip at Brighton/ Solitude. A half hour drive away from the ski resorts, Dallin and Christina’s place was a great, homey place to relax and unwind after a busy day. Many restaurants nearby in a quiet neighborhood. Christina was very responsive with all of our needs. Would stay again.

We loved this property. It was roomy, spotless clean, and beds and linens were so comfortable and the location was very convenient to everything. It even had great views of the Utah snow covered mountains.we will definitely request to book this property next year for our annual ski trip. The garage was also wonderful to have as well THANK YOU!!
