Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Cotton Tree, Maroochydore

Perfect location in a quiet complex, only across the street from Sunshine Plaza and a few minutes walk from Ocean Street. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity and a short walk from the beach. The apartment itself was super clean, very nicely decorated and came with an enormous balcony. The pool and BBQ were free to use and the carpark was easy to find. I will definitely book this property for my next trip to the coast.

Great location and everything we needed in the apartment and complex. The lift was excellent for the elderly people in our group. Shopping, Beach and comfortable beds a highlight. Hey Day Coffee shop at the entrance is such an asset as coffee is Superb and staff sooo friendly . Highly recommend.

Jacqueline is a wonderful, friendly host and we really enjoyed our stay at her place. Everything was nice & clean with comfortable couch's & bedding, Jacqueline made sure we all felt welcomed. The apartment has everything you need, and more. It feels very homely where you can relax and unwind. The pools & facilities at the resort are great with easy access to shops & parking. Our kids enjoyed their time here. We will definitely love to come back.

Came to Melanie’s beautiful apartment for a bday relaxing weekend. Although it rained throughout our stay there was plenty to do within walking distance. The apartment was stunning, clean and had plenty of space with super comfortable beds and furniture. Melanie checked in throughout the weekend and provided good instructions. Check in and check out was super easy. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well maintained, very quiet apartment in a fantastic location. Everything thing from clear instructions to the very thoughtful fruit platter & water views made our stay very enjoyable. Very central to Coles, many restaurants, bus stop & the beach you can’t fault it. Will definitely be coming back to enjoy it in the future

Dan & Jess are amazing hosts, so helpful and quick to respond to any requests, with a really easy check in process. We loved our stay at The Hedge. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and super close to both the beach and shopping centre, with a great coffee shop down stairs.

We enjoyed our stay at Tina’s accommodation. Plenty of food outlets within walking distance. Lovely views over the marina and had everything we needed in the unit.

Very nicely presented and sizeable space for a few days stay. Clean and well equiped. Quick beach access. As mentioned in description there was some construction noise, but not too much on weekend.

Merrin was delightful and a joy to stay with. The place is an absolute gem, overflowing with natural light and in a wonderful location with everything walking distance including supermarket and live-music bars. I highly recommend Merrin and this beautiful Maroochydore home :)

Fantastic location and views from the deck. The resort staff are very accommodating. There are lots of activities available including electric bikes and scooters, tennis court, kayaks etc. We would definitely stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at Katrina and Peter’s home! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the amenities in the complex are top-notch – the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym were all excellent. Katrina and Peter were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. And a special mention to their adorable dachshund, Chloe – she added a warm and lovely touch to the experience.

Cosmopolitan is by far the best location in Cotton Tree . It is close to everything , the apartment has absolutely everything you will need for a short or long stay . Kitchen is well equipped Decor is tasteful and modern and spotlessly clean . Marvellous large north facing balcony overlooking the river with comfortable seating , that has plenty of space for friends or family We will certainly stay at this apartment again when we return to the Sunshine Coast.

Great accommodation. Noeline provides a clean, bright, and welcoming home in her home. We only stayed one night when travelling through, but the convenience to the beach, shops, and more could also make it a great holiday break.

This is a great home to stay as part of the Twin Waters community. The home is well equipped and has plenty of room for families. Access to the beach as well as resort facilities was all close by and is well worth including these activities as part of your stay.

100% recommended. 👍 Felt comfortable the moment we step in. Very lovely and well upkept home. The home theatre was the hot favourite hang out space! Nathan is super responsive and helpful!

Absolutely wonderful stay in Bli Bli! Home is beautiful, clean and spacious. Large kitchen and lovely outdoor area/BBQ for preparing dinners in. Or just a short drive away from everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Great jogging/walking paths nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Super responsive and friendly host!! Highly recommend!

Our family had a lovely time at Emma’s. A great location walking distance to the beach and yet private and spacious. Emma was a great host and we appreciated the small homely touches. Hope to be back!

This waterfront house is charming and close to everything, even though the weather was not great, we still enjoyed our holiday. Gaye&Peter are good hosts, responded quickly.
