The communication was very good. The environment is small but functional. All items work well, wi-fi, smart tv, air-conditioning, etc. The shower is a delight and the sinks have hot water. I recommend ♥️

Extremely comfortable building, it met the needs for 2 people very well. Extremely privileged location and super complete and functional furniture. The only point of attention is related to the lack of an air-conditioning, which would certainly bring more comfort to these days intense heat.

I loved the stay! The apartment with the smell of the house, super easy to check in, the locality super close to the airport which helps a lot! I found it very safe because it is a gated condominium, there is parking inside the condominium as well as a small store that sells basic things like sweets, personal hygiene, there is a lot of things. I felt very safe and enjoyed the stay, pillows, kitchen, bathroom, everything is the same as the photos and the Host responds super fast! For sure, it would indicate to anyone who went to the location, as well as for women who are afraid of a man host… super indication!!

favorite area of SP. lots to do and decent supermarket in close walking distance, yellow line close by, good gym/pool and great views. apartment is a perfect spacious studio.

Everything was perfect! Taiane answered everything with great agility, with great affection and attention! Perfect location! My only suggestion is to have more house and kitchen utensils because as I traveled with children and a child with special needs I needed to make food at home, but in the most it was perfect! I will return more often!

I only had a problem checking in, but it wasn't the worst cause of the host, but the building that was without internet and the doorman couldn't verify my data, and they left me waiting on the street for a while. But when I contacted the host I was immediately answered, and they called the building to authorize my entrance. Other than that, everything was great.

I went home with my family, we went in 10 people. The experience was very pleasant, the house is super spacious, comfortable, the pool has heating, the water is not super hot but it breaks the ice cream well, it was delicious. The kitchen is super complete, the barbecue area is great as well. O Homemeiro super solicit and kind. The house surprised us positively. I have no negative points to point out. Antonio’s home was perfect for our group. He is very responsive and accommodating. Neighborhood is safe and close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The cherry bamboo farm experience was amazing. The place is gorgeous, nice, wide, all clean, super comfortable beds, never been on such a nice AIRBNB. We made a colleague's birthday and went in a large group, 28 people. We used the main house and some chales around the lake and EVERYONE loved the weekend. All who work in the Chácara are very friendly and proactive. They can stay without fear. The pedalinho was also a great differential. The site has courts, pool, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym. Nao gave the will to leave. Pets loved it too. The city also has many attractions with the wineries. All close I will definitely return many times. A Chris, Regina welcomed us very well. Congratulations on space , it was an amazing weekend.
