Super cozy apartment well located. For those who go to the HIAE or Morumbi Stadium, it is next door. The only difficulty I encountered was checking in. I arrived at night and had to stay on the street with a suitcase and everything until they found my name to release access to the condominium. The entrance is through the registration of the facial and twice I had problems, both at the entrance to the building and the supermarket that is inside the condominium. Outside these unforeseen events, I highly recommend the location.

Paola's accommodation is wonderful, very comfortable and safe. And communication with her was excellent, she was always attentive to everything we needed. Accommodation totally recommended

The apartment is super comfortable, has several pillows and towels, we are very comfortable, everything works well. By the end of April the building does not allow guests to use the pool and common areas, which Margareth promptly advised before I could complete the reservation.

It was a great experience, the place was very clean and organized and corresponds with the photos of the advertisement. The location is great, there is a lot (a lot) to do nearby, several easily accessible bars and restaurants and because it is very busy, I felt calm to do things on foot with my husband. Despite the movement, when closing the apartment the noise was on the street and it was super quiet to sleep. Too Good!!

Second time staying and again it was a great experience the apartment has everything we need and the building as well. The proximity to the subway is great, so the return and trip to the apartment is super quiet even at night. Market, pharmacy and nearby restaurants.

Our stay at Anna's was excellent. Communication was clear and friendly from the start. The apartment is just as in the photos: comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The location was unbeatable for attending a concert at the Allianz Parque. Anna was always attentive and made us feel welcome. We would definitely come back.

Bruno's place was amazing! I think I may have read another review that said it was like an oasis, and I couldn't agree more. It's in a very safe neighborhood and once you enter the gate, is like your own private island. The place has just about everything you would need for a great stay. Whenever we had a question, Bruno was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend Bruno's place!!

The mansion exceeded our expectations! We went in a group of six people, a child and a pet, and they all enjoyed a lot. The house is gigantic (to the point that we even get tired of walking, hahaha), structured and comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent, perfect for enjoying the day, and the barbecue area was very well enjoyed – we made great moments there! In addition, the host and housekeeper were extremely attentive, always available for any questions or needs. If you're looking for a spacious place with a structure to relax and have fun, this is the right destination.

Antonio’s property was brilliant. Spacious, clean and just like the photos. There was also a maid who cleaned regularly which was a hide bonus! Highly recommend for those wanting a good base to explore SP from.

The house is really beautiful as in the pictures. Super organized hosts, very clean house, impeccable heated pool, super beautiful garden. Details and care that make all the difference: bath towels separated from the pool towels, all the bathrooms in the house were dampened. Super soft and high quality bed linen. The main room and master bedroom have air-conditioning. It really is a home that offers a lot of comfort. The location is great, super close to markets, shopping malls, pharmacies. Communication with the hosts was great! Luciana has always been very clear, communicative, helpful and has indicated to me several great restaurant options near the house. The Flávia that did our check in was super clear in the information and instructions of the house, attentive and friendly. My family and I were very pleased with our choice. The house welcomed my family very well and beyond everything is pet friendly and we were able to take our shitzu. It was great and we'll be back with Ctz

I was in the house for 2 days to celebrate my birthday, and it was just wonderful. Beautiful place and clean and very quiet. Since bedrooms, living room and kitchen accommodations, as far as the outdoor area barbecue and swimming pool are of great quality and good taste, I felt at home. Everything is perfect. As always we had a wonderful stay and I like this place so much that I decided to celebrate my birthday in this enchanted chacara with 50 guests. Tods very well accommodated in the chacara and was only compliments. Tdos os chales are charming, clean, the reception by chris and regina could not be better. And very close to vinicola goes and tbm from the beginning of the wine route. Anyone who can have this experience is well worth it.
