Excellent stay! The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The view of the rising and descending sea is amazing and will remain in our memories. Very easy to access, very clean - you feel very good in the apartment ☺️

Excellent hosting and recommendations from Virginia to follow The building is dilapidated, but the apartment is Nickel, clean, tidy, the furniture is fine. The building is particularly well located in the historic center of Morlaix. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The caterer charcutier just below is tip-top. Free Intermarché parking 200 meters away. On the amenities side, perfect. There is a microwave with a grill function, but a small oven would be the must in this apartment (it's true that we spent a week there with a meal a day in the apartment). I would highly recommend it

Very nice apartment, with large bay window overlooking Trestel. Perfect for watching surfers and waves in real time. There were 7 of us (5 kids) and the space is well organized to live together without (too) stepping on. Modern and impeccable amenities. Easy communication with Pascale who has a permanence at the residence reception. To be repeated!

We had a lovely stay with the family, the accommodation is hot and very well-equipped. It was ideal to have the pool heated and covered during rainy days. Hosts were responsive to our questions. Recommended.

Despite the positive review, there are a few important issues to note here. 'Leavetown' is actually 'Odalys Domaine des Roches Jaunes' holiday residence. Odlays have some questionable policies including inflated wifi rates, charged per user per day, with the 3/4G internet connection coincidentally blocked from the flats. They also charge to use the TV and the BBQ... Despite the issues mentioned I would highly recommend staying here. The location is right on the beach, the staff are friendly, the place is clean. Maison Kerdies is a Michelin recommended restaurant within walking distance.

Very happy with our stay. Accommodation a little far from the center and the beach but we had a car so it was no problem. Sofa mattress a little uncomfortable but nothing very annoying. Very nice terrace and functional and equipped apartment.

My friends and I had a great time at this beautiful home . The rooms, kitchen and bedrooms are large . The hammam and swim spa were functional . The kitchen is very well equipped . Very well-equipped baths too . The neighborhood, as well as the village is very quiet . Nothing to say . I'm holding this address for next time . Joel.

Our family of four had a fantastic week long stay in Sebastian’s house. It was our first time visiting Perros Guirec and the house was ideal. A 5-10 minute walk from the beach and the local restaurants, it looked exactly like the listing and had lots of space for us to relax in. The beds were really comfortable and the house was really well equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen and a good amount of outdoor space to have meals on the terrace. We all enjoyed the surrounding area, the beach is enormous and both our boys enjoyed bodyboarding and playing in the waves.

We had a great stay! Spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The very large covered terrace is very appreciable and the small and old alike greatly appreciated the games room What can I finally say about the extreme sympathy of our hosts who shared theirs with us? love of the area and with whom we had a great time talking. We will be back! There's no doubt!

Jean Luc is a welcoming, smiling and caring host. The house is very functional, the terrace and the outside very nice, if you have children, full of games and possible activities. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!!
