My place is 5 meters from the beach, the garden gate opens directly to the sea. In the garden there is a beach with deck chairs and umbrellas, barbecue, shower, beautiful panoramic views. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups and pets. It is super equipped, all comforts, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven. COD IUN P3154. For the Security Decree, each guest must present an ID upon arrival.

The Bau House is really a great place to stay where we felt immediately comfortable. Everything matched the description and the pictures. Anyone looking for accommodation near Oristano is very well taken care of here. Daniele was super nice, helpful and had useful recommendations. Would recommend the place to anyone.

Nice tiny house, its kitchen is equipped above average. It even has Alexa. Michele&Carla were answering very quickly at times we had questions. It is nice and comfortable for 2 persons. There is very nice beach nearby in Solanas - our favorite. We were here in the off season (April), so I cannot say more about local restaurants, since unfortunately those were closed. Also, if you go off season, take warm clothes with you. At times, there is cold wind, and the mentioned beach is windy as well. Separated garbage is to be put near the gate the night before based on which one would be picked up next day. All in all, I can recommend staying in this Airbnb. Thanks for having us.

A beautiful villa, only 1 minute away from a crystal blue beach. We absolutely loved our stay there and really want to go back another summer! Fabio was really nice and accommodating. It has everything you need and I really recommend his place. 10/10 :)

We stayed in the apartment for the 2nd time this year as we liked the location directly on the beach, the beautiful beaches of the area as well as the accessibility of restaurants/beach bars. The apartment is always cool and especially on the terrace you can tolerate it well at any time of the day and heat. Basic amenities in the kitchen (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, dishwasher,...) are also provided. Otherwise, my review from last year continues - just a great place to spend relaxing vacation days!

Leandro is an exceptional host. He waited for us despite our delay. He told us how everything worked in the house. A welcome basket was waiting for us with local products. This house is a great place to relax in the peace and beauty of the place. Downtown is a 15-minute drive. I recommend this rental without reservations.

Nicola, the landlord, was extremely friendly and always helpful. Always available. Check-in / out was totally hassle-free. The apartment is very quiet, nice and spacious. Parking outside the door. The location is great for exploring sights. Ideal for hiking and flamingo watching. Cagliari, very nice city, only 20 min. by car. Great beaches nearby.

We just spent 10 dream days in Michael's house. Mickael is an exceptional host, remarkably kind and exceptionally helpful, always attentive and ready to help us. In love with and a great connoisseur of his island, he was able to make us enjoy the treasures of the Chia region (tourist sites, beautiful beaches, restaurants, supermarkets...) His house backed by a hill offers us, from its large terrace, an exceptional view over a turquoise blue sea surrounded by a green forest. Wonderful! In addition it is tastefully decorated with all the comforts and full amenities. Everything was perfect including the very comfortable bedding. Thank you Michael for everything you brought us throughout our stay including the special touches upon arrival. We'll be happy to go back.
