Perfect apartment, great location, easy parking

The apartment has a great location. The host is very nice. Flexibility in handing over the keys and so on. He gave us very useful directions about establishments and areas of interest. We would do it again without hesitation.

The perfect apartment for 2 people with all the amenities it advertised. 10 min from downtown where to find bars, restaurants and so on and about 5 more from the beach which has good access. For the parking theme, they are pretty narrow streets for big cars but in the surrounding area there are areas where to park on battery more easily. Supermercados it is convenient to go by car as it is a long and expensive route but there is business just the side of the apartment where to buy. Thank you Agustina for everything, we were very comfortable.

Everything is very clean, tidy, beautiful and comfortable, considering it is a 2nd without elevator. The lady who took care of us, Débora, was very attentive and concerned about our well-being. A 10 for her.

Comfort and spaciousness. Very complete in terms of equipment. Garage square very comfortable and with command. Good isolation. Super 5 meters from the gate and a chino/bazar to buy a hours outside of business hours. All of them

Perfect location, very comfortable, everything we needed for a lovely stay. Exactly as expected and communication with the hosts was flawless.

David was a super host. So friendly and personable, with some really good suggestions about where to eat and buy groceries. Always available. The apartment i small but so charming located on a side street with lots of cafes and restaurants. We really felt at home there. Comfortable bed and strong wifi. Great location, you can walk everywhere.

I stayed only for a few nights, but felt really welcomed and at home with the super nice and harmonious decoration. I especially loved the ocean paintings. Washing macchine also is fine, you can use the rooftop terrace for drying or just go to the lavanderia arround the corner (1€ for 8 min. mine was dry after 30 min=4€). There are also two heating that can be rolled. I didnt try the AC for heating. The kitchen is well equipped (toaster, kettle...) Only the pots where a bit scraced. Marta was also very flexible with the check in, I could leave my bags there a bit longer. There is no elevator, if this is relevant for you. Gracias Marta!

Apartment in very good condition, as it appears in the advertisement. Very important that has a garage space. Very close to the beach and the leisure area but in a quiet and noise-free area. Both Claudio and Azul answered all our doubts. Very good experience.

The apartment is centrally located and in turn close to the beach. In principle we were 2 and when we asked to go 3 immediately she offered us alternatives very effectively and quickly. The apartment was in a great location within walking distance to everywhere. It was a good size and had all the amenities you need. Per goes above and beyond to be a good host. He is very helpful and goes out of his way to ensure you enjoy your time in jerez.

We had a fantastic time at this place and couldn't be more satisfied! It was incredibly clean, super cozy and decorated with a lot of love for detail. The view from the terrace was simply breathtaking – the highlight of our stay. At night it was wonderfully quiet, we slept wonderfully. Also particularly convenient was the free parking nearby, and yet we were in the old town in no time. The accommodation was perfectly equipped, even a heater for cooler evenings was available. The opportunity to cook for yourself was also great – we didn't lack anything. A special thank you goes to Mari, who took care of everything so warmly and lovingly. She really made our stay special. Conclusion: It really couldn't have been better! We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful airbnb! Really good taste on decoration, spacious and great location. The only down sides were that it was pretty cold at night if we weren’t in bed (didn’t manage to make the heater work or some reason) and that you can hear the people passing by if they’re talking. In any case, it mostly a quiet street. The building was gorgeous, an old patio Andalusian house. Ben also provided some coffee pods and was super quick and helpful when we had questions. I would highly recommend to stay here and I can’t wait to come back!

The location could not be better. Within a minute or two walk of several very good restaurants. Juanjo greeted us and gave us great tips for places to eat and visit. His place is clean and well organized. We would definitely book again!

Everything was great, the apartment is a 12 out of 10, very spacious, comfortable and super cozy, definitely to be repeated, a fabulous penthouse with great views, easy to get to, easy to park, many services nearby, I will definitely try to repeat

Our second visit to Juan's place and just as enjoyable as the first. Juan is very responsive and offers advice on local places to eat. The flat is always spotlessly clean and the view of the ocean is incredible. We were lucky enough to enjoy a Sunday afternoon busker on the promenade from the balcony and watch the sun set.

Sofia's apartment is absolutely perfect. Beautifully decorated, amazing views, close to everything, clean and comfortable. The hot tub under the stars with the cathedral in the background was magical. Sofia is so friendly and helpful. One hundred percent recommend her apartment, we had a wonderful stay.

Very good place to have a weekend with your partner. Very good cleanliness and order. The house is a little cold but otherwise everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

This apartment exceeded all our expectations. The great hot tub and sauna were the absolute highlight and offered a wonderful way to relax after a day of exploration. The kitchen was fully equipped, which allowed us to cook comfortably and hassle-free. We were also impressed by the modern design of the apartment, which created a luxurious and cozy atmosphere. Overall, we felt completely comfortable here and can highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great week at the property and were able to enjoy the tranquility by the pool and on the terrace. A car is necessary to get to the coast and restaurants or go shopping.
