Good place to stay. Very flexible and accommodating host!

A wonderful vacation in the Friulian Dolomites! The hospitality of Umberto and his family allowed us to enjoy a few days of walking, climbing to the top, experimenting with skiing and snowboarding, and tasty food. The house is charming, warm, comfortable, equipped with everything you need and clean. Perfect for us (two families for a total of 4 adults and 4 children). The village and ski lifts are a few minutes' walk away or reachable by ski bus. Try the nearby dairy! We plan to be back soon!

Great place, very nice location for skiing! It was very clean, tidy and well organized. Monika was a very good hostess, she was very helpful and easy to reach. We are very satisfied and can recommend it! :)

Great and cozy place, excellent view

very quiet location and central enough to visit various markets such as Bolzano, Merano. Stefano is a very kind and helpful person, on our arrival he also welcomed us with a little welcome gift, I highly recommend his accommodation, we will definitely return in the summer.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! Everything was as described, the accommodation very cozy and the proximity to the slopes optimal for us! We will be happy to come back!

We had a really nice time. The apartment has everything as it says in the description. It's extremely clean. Unfortunately with the hosts, due to their illness, we did not meet the host, but they were responsive throughout our stay and available to answer any questions via email. Extremely positive experience. Thank you and your daughter who welcomed us on the first day.

Maybe the reservation was made in January, he asked about 3 weeks before the trip to request the accommodation, we said yes, so he told us where the accommodation was located a few days before the trip, he described it with a small map and check-in, the neighborhood is very friendly, we talked to neighbors who were very friendly! We had a good time, probably not the last time we were at her place, the bed could be more comfortable😊! Thanks for being there 💪👌

We were greeted very nicely and friendly by the host and briefly got everything explained. We had spent a wonderful ski week in the apartment. There was everything we needed, it was very clean and cozy. We especially appreciated the proximity to the ski slope. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay in Chiara's apartment. We went for a skiing trip, it is conveniently situated about 15 min drive from the main ski region of Sexten and there are also some ski runs in Padola. The apartment was very nice, clean and in a perfect place, 5 min from the main place with shops, restaurant and bar. Communication with the owner was excellent.

We simply loved the place!! The location is just perfect, you can wake up at 8 am and hit the slope at 8:30. There is no night life, as you cannot leave the place after 4pm, but we loved our family holidays. Skiing every day whole day for a week and playing in the snow till the evening. The place itself is pretty small but there is everything you need, as long as you share it with family or really close friends, it’s ok for 4-5 people. We will definitely be coming back next year!

It was awesome and quiet place , Dorotea very nice, kind and helpful person . We had an issue with our car she communicated with us and provided a lot of support. For sure if I plan to come to Italy again i will stay in this place .

As always, it was wonderful - sun full on the terrace and right on the slopes. Great that there is also a dishwasher now! :)

A truly beautiful location. Close to the lift and restaurants of piste 85 (Alpe Cermis), yet very quiet and private. The view of the valley is breathtaking, the terrace full of sun. And you can ski directly there on your skis. The communication is very friendly and attentive. Allessandro is very helpful. The house itself is clean, but slightly old-fashioned in terms of bathroom and kitchen (see photo's). We think this Chalet has an excellent price/quality balance and can highly recommend the Chalet. Tips for your stay: - Online you can buy tickets with a 10% discount. - The slope is for a novice to intermediate skier. Try the 75,88,76,84,74,87 (long + descend 1400 meters (!)). - A day trip to Latemar is definitely worth it (but much busier) - The ski rental near the chalet is much friendlier and cheaper than the one downstairs (+10% discount). - Try Tiramisu at Baita Tonda and fresh pizza at Eurotel Hotel. We would for sure recommend the Chalet!

Our entire stay went well. Valentina was available to answer any questions we may have. A few little worries that didn't spoil our vacation. The wifi is very slow (4G router) do not count on it if you want to watch series but I think it is due to the geographical location of the accommodation. Otherwise for the rest, the location is perfect: calm and great view. A good memory for us.
