Perfect Stay – Exceeded All Expectations! I had an incredible experience staying at Sugar P Central Suite Frassinago’s place! The accommodation was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with nearby restaurants, easy access to public transport and fantastic local eateries. Fabio was an amazing host, always responsive, friendly, and accommodating to all my questions and requests. I would recommend it to anyone.

It was thought out down to the last detail, great , immaculately clean. It was a complete house. We stayed peacefully as if we were in our own home. It was very close to the train station and the bus station with a 15 min walk to the center. He even called our taxi on the way home. Thank you so much, Mirsie. You're a great host.

We had a lovely stay at Daniele’s, it was nice large spacious apartment, and whilst being in a very busy restaurant/bar area with easy walking to the centre, it was so peaceful inside. The room was warm which was lovely as it was cold out. The bed was really comfy and we slept well. He gave very clear instructions on how to get in, and was always responsive and helpful. We walked from and to the train station within 25 minutes to then get on to the monorail to the airport. The whole city is walkable- no more than 10 mins to the towers and 15 to piazza Maggiore and we also did the shrine of San Luca and park villa ghigi, by foot which were lovely. Great value for money and we highly recommend this place for a fun city break when you want to be close and in easy access to everything!

This is a dream apartment in Italy. Not only is it impeccably designed, but it’s also very comfortable, has great amenities, and is in a perfect location. The building itself feels very secure, private, and luxurious, and we loved ending the day relaxing in Luca’s place. Luca was a great host and always clearly communicated anything we asked. Would highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay in Bologna, the place was clean and modern. Lovely open window onto the vibrant streets. The location is perfect really couldn’t wish for a better one. Host was very easy to communicate with and helped us with the WiFi and getting into the apartment. The only downside was the mattress wasn’t great, feel like when one person moved the other person was bouncing about. That’s about all really, thank you!

It was a very good choice. It was in the heart of downtown but at the same time the room was very quiet. It was very clean and the breakfast detail ( sweets, coffee, infusions,...) was very grateful😊. There are buses, restaurants and supermarkets near by. Francesco and Paolo were very nice and helped us in our doubts. We were able to leave our bags and enjoy the city more. I would repeat if I were to return to Bologna!

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.

The apartment is wonderful. It's classic apartment in a beautiful building on a great street . The location was perfect. Its a quick walk from the train station. We only used transit to get to some distant sites. Otherwise everywhere we went was under 20 minutes walk. The apartment is on the courtyard side so it is very quiet with nice light. I absolutely would recommend it. It perfect for both short and long term stays.

Great apartment in Bolognas university area. 20 min walk from train station. Very homely, a lot of cooking equipment, books etc. just note if you have young children the two bedrooms are far apart. The apartment is on the top floor - 60 steps, no lift. Very quiet.
