Great location Clean accommodation Very well received and very well explained

Donald is a very friendly host and responded very quickly to messages. The accommodation is located right by the sea and you have a fantastic view of the rocky beach from the terrace. Only a small road has to be crossed to get to the beach. There are also SUPs available with which you can easily paddle along the coast and enjoy. Bathing shoes are recommended as it can be naturally rocky and also a bit slippery. We were with 2 dogs and 4 people in apartment A3 and it was great in terms of space. Since the dogs could see us from the terrace and we would have heard them barking, we could also go swimming alone, without dogs. Dogs are also allowed directly in front of the apartment on the beach. It slopes gently into the water for a long distance. Restaurant recommendation is the restaurant "San Lorenzo" - pasta, pizza and grilled dishes. We'll be back for sure and can absolutely recommend Donald's apartment :) Thank you :)

Like last year, we spent the week of August in this lovely apartment, perfect for spaces and location, a few meters (approx. 150 m) from the beach. Quiet, equipped with a good air conditioning system (necessary for the season!) and all the supplies for a short stay, washing machine and wifi included. Caroline and Marco have always been ready for every request for support and clarification.

The apartment was very nice, clean, located in a great complex with pool (not yet available, due to the season). The amenities were very plentiful, it really had everything you need! The owner is very, very friendly and responds quickly to questions, very accommodating. He also provided a list of good tips for the area in advance. The location is great, msn quickly reaches the beach and the "main street" with shops and restaurants. The nearest major supermarket is a 5-6 minute drive away. We were extremely satisfied and can only recommend the accommodation!

Federico is a very accommodating host. The communication went smoothly and very friendly. Messages were responded to very quickly and also a spontaneous change in arrival time was not an issue. The apartment is very nicely located, right on the beach. You can walk very quickly to the pedestrian zone. In the apartment you will also find everything you need for cooking, etc. It was a very nice and successful stay. Thank you for that 😊

Sandro was most helpful. The apartment was modern, ultra clean and very comfortable. Ample space for four. The unit was a great hideway from the buzz. Location was great. Easy walk to all attractions. Fresh produce and seafood vendors in nearby square. Would have loved to stay longer!

I stayed while sightseeing in Venice.The bus stop was close and convenient for getting to Venice Island.The room was spacious and clean, and it was easy to contact the host and we had a pleasant time.

The accommodation was perfect for two days in Venice. Very convenient location and at the same time very quiet. I would say everything was perfect.

We went to a sporting event in Jesolo and therefore the place was perfect. But also in a great location for day trips or beach days.

We loved our stay at Lisa's. She was very responsive and helpful. The place was located in a quiet area near the famous sights. It was a great place for our 2 families. I would highly recommend.

Huge design apartment: independent private entrance with its own lovely courtyard. Quiet and optimal area. Very nice apartment, renovated with fine finishes. The two bedrooms are spacious, with a comfortable bed, separated by a central area where there is a kitchen/living room. Each room has its own TV and bathroom. Really nice bathrooms, equipped with every comfort. Kitchen with glasses for water and wine, equipped with ladles of all kinds. Small tea cups without saucers The kettle didn't convince me. I really missed having a small microwave to heat things up quickly without having to turn on the induction or, worse, the oven, which consumes so much more and is so much slower. It seems that the kitchen was not given the same attention to detail as the rest of the house. Very nice interior lighting. Nice place. Highly recommended.

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

Massimo's place was absolutely amazing. It was in the best location and was nice and peaceful and wasn't in the touristy part. It felt we were amongst the locals! The apartment had such charm, and a great view. Massimo was also the most amazing host, was always super responsive, especially to our itinerary (which is not expected, and was greatly appreciated) and he gave such great recommendations for our stay there. I would 100% recommend Massimo's place to anyone staying in Venice, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for having us!

What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

We loved this flat in Venice! It was super peaceful and quiet and outside of the busy and touristy centre. Great restaurants and bars close by and walkable to everything. It really felt like a peaceful oasis. I would highly recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

Lara and Andrea were both very welcoming and helpful. Their place is a ten-minute bus ride from the center of Venice, and it's super easy to purchase a day pass for the land and water buses from a nearby tobacconist. The area immediately around the home isn't the most interesting place you'll find in Italy, but as most guests will be spending their days in Venice anyway, this point is practically irrelevant. A grocery store and McDonald's are just across the street to restock at the start or end of your day. If you have a car as we did, the parking situation is a little unexpected (paid parking in the grocery store parking lot across the street) but not expensive. There is an elevator for those who aren't spry enough to climb the stairs up 7 floors to the apartment, but since it is rather cramped, no more than three people can use it at a time. Overall a great experience, no complaints.

Emanuel and his parents are very nice and warm hosts. The apartment is very nice and corresponds to the photos. A highlight is the very lovingly designed garden with jacuzzi. Supermarket, restaurants and the sea are within easy walking distance. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

I would have loved to stay longer . This place was perfectly located in Venice, quiet at night, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Host was very responsive and gave great recommendations. Would recommend to anyone coming here with a need for two rooms / five people (extra living room space to sleep).
