This was easily the most comfortable and well-equipped Airbnb I've stayed in. Eden was proactive and gave extremely clear instructions. Check-in was seamless, and the place itself was great. Spotlessly clean, with uodated appliances, furniture, and bathroom fixtures. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were high quality. It was also equipped with absolutely everything one could need, right down to extra tissues and an oven thermometer. Eden did not miss any details. It was a convenient, safe, and quiet location. We had a great time hiking in the Sandia wilderness and taking the tram up the mountain, all about 15 minutes away from the place. I would absolutely stay here again.

This place is absolute vibes! We walked into soft music, beautiful decor, and a very cozy feeling atmosphere. This place is spotless and clean. My friend and i felt very safe in this neighborhood and took the owners up on one of their listed restaurant recommendations! Fan Tang was a really great asian restaurant to eat! We loved their welcome book with all of the tips, tricks, and recommendations. Overall, we would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved staying at Billy’s place, it was very clean and we had every amenity we needed and more. Billy kept the space very well stocked, especially the kitchen which helped us when we were making breakfast. There was also a video game station, multiple tvs, and ample seating. I think this Airbnb was one of my favorite stays especially with all the instructions that were around the place so I didn’t feel the need to contact our host at all! I really recommend this space if you’re ever in Albuquerque or any space that is listed by this couple, they truly go above and beyond for their guests!

We had a great stay at Lacy’s place. Communication was great, we had an easy check in and it is clean space. Also not far from many great restaurants and activities in Albuquerque.

Shared Airbnb with friend who really liked the decor with SW feel. Enjoyed the horse and Kachina vibes. Had everything needed in the casita, and enjoyed the outside area with birds and local wildlife . Tom was a great host and very patient with more than one extension of stay helping us out with AIrbnb contacts and dates . Overall , it added up to over a month’s time and great stay . Would book again. Thank you again Tom!

Perfect cozy cabin among the trees. Beautiful hikes and drives within minutes! Very responsive and friendly hosts. There was a great DVD, book, and game collection which is nice to have in a cabin when you just want some down time. Kitchen was really well equipped which I was a little worrried about because of another review noting it was not for cooking gourmet meals. We had plenty of towels and linens which is usually something hosts skimp on. Thoughtful touches like USB plugs next to the bed and luggage racks were appreciated. Water pressure was impressive. Master mattress was a dream to sleep on.

Joseph’s property was fantastic for a big party of 12 adults. Clean, spacious, beautiful home, backyard and everything was perfect. Thanks for the attention and the welcome treats, really appreciate.

Very clean place, the yard is huge and fully fenced. The area is ok but pro is we were able to use the garage to park. We were there for one night but it was super quiet :)

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we could need. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, tea, and other essentials, making us feel right at home. Host was fantastic—super responsive and attentive to our needs. They even went out of their way to drop off water bottles for us during our stay, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. This home exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

The best part of Regina’s is the daily rate!! The location was questionable but The house was great and our stay went flawlessly!!

I stayed at Crystal’s apartment for 7 months for work. It was absolutely spectacular! The apartment itself is perfect and truly live-in ready. It had everything I needed. It was also in a secure building and close to Central Ave. and the hospital. There are awesome restaurants near by and it was an ideal experience. Crystal and her husband were so kind and responsive to any questions. It was perfect. Thank you again.

John’s place was fabulous! So easy to get around and the place had everything you could need! We brought my dog and there was a dog park right in front of the condo so that was awesome! Very responsive host with easy directions. I would totally stay there again and definitely recommend John’s place to anybody going to Albuquerque.

We attended a conference in the convention centre, great location for that and good value. Jay was very helpful, offered to receive a delivery at his office as that is not working at the apartment. What is not quite clear from description is that the apartment is part of a parking garage, the elevator and stairwell are publicly accessible. And some homeless people sleep in the stairwell. They didn't bother me, but may be worth for visitors to know that this could happen. Can confirm other reviewers mentioning the light switches and warm water issue. I would stay there again to attend a conference.

I have stayed at Jeanne's place on a number of occasions. Each time has been great! Very considerate hosts. The location is very comfortable. I look forward to my next stay.

Quick and easy place to stay. Has some Albuquerque charm. Couldn’t ask for a better host
