I really enjoyed my stay at Eden’s place! It was beautiful and comfortable, with amazing amenities. Eden was responsive and proactive when I reached out for assistance, which was so appreciated! Like others, I highly recommend staying here for a peaceful and most enjoyable stay.

Was so happy to call this place home for a night. Very cozy and inviting — the light music playing when you arrive is such a welcome touch. There’s also a nice carport if you’re driving a car. Had such a restful night of sleep, and then I was lucky enough to wake up early and be at the front of the line at Burque Bakery! Happy to recommend this place to anyone visiting the ABQ area.

Great location in a quiet and private set of Casitas. walking distance to the 505 Food Hall definitely check that out. Has all the little things you may need for a short or longer stay. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful long-term stay, with all the necessities. Apartment was perfect for our needs and the complex in great location in Knob Hill. Host was wonderful to communicate with and had everything just we expected. Albuquerque will be forever in our hearts.

Bill's place is 2 bedrooms located on a quiet residential street. The front looks just like the posted picture. There is another place connected to it which is set back a ways, but is totally not an issue as very quiet and private from the one you'll be in. Bill's place was comfortable for us and we had no issues with anything. What we enjoyed being there was how easy it was to get to "Olde Towne Plaza", museums, zoo, Rio Grande and small restaurants on Central and Nob Hill etc. We did not have to ever get on the freeway to access ABQ places we wanted to go. One can take through streets under the freeways quickly.

Jason’s place was very comfortable and spacious to stay at, had no problems checking in, and Jason was highly responsive to messages/questions.

This was our second stay here and we were just as happy as we were during the first stay :)

Brad was very helpful to us Floridians coming in and accommodating to all of our needs.

This was the perfect family friendly home. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Place was absolutely spotless and beautiful.

Stayed for a little over a week. Great location for getting out of town for hiking and for walking Nob HIll. Had all of the amenities needed to make dinner and have a relaxing evening. Short drive to grocery store and plenty of great spots to eat. Equally short drive to UNM for a sporting event. Very quiet street/neighbors.

Stayed here for one night and it was just like the pictures. Everything was nice and accessible. Got to view the city for an afternoon. Parking was easy and was able to park both of my vehicles together. Beds were comfortable as well. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely recommend this place .

John's place has become my home away from home when I visit Albuquerque. This was my 4th time to stay at John's place and it never disappoints. Clean, comfortable and convenient and reasonably priced. I will be back in the spring and will definitely stay here again if it is available. Thanks John!

We attended a conference in the convention centre, great location for that and good value. Jay was very helpful, offered to receive a delivery at his office as that is not working at the apartment. What is not quite clear from description is that the apartment is part of a parking garage, the elevator and stairwell are publicly accessible. And some homeless people sleep in the stairwell. They didn't bother me, but may be worth for visitors to know that this could happen. Can confirm other reviewers mentioning the light switches and warm water issue. I would stay there again to attend a conference.

Wonderful condo in downtown Albuquerque. Short walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Easy self-checkin, with parking right outside the door. Lovely decor, cozy beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend Jeanne & Jim's place if you are visiting ABQ!

Our check in was great! Despite we had to move to another location it was all managed well. We enjoyed our stay. Quiet, peaceful, and very comfy in the living room / bedrooms. Kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, Keurig, etc… shower has interchangeable settings which was great after a long day of softball in the cold! All in all great stay, great price, great location, and great communication ❤️ we def will stay again.
