I loved my stay. The location was perfect. Walkable to everything. I didn’t need to take a taxi once. The trailer is so cozy and clean. Great wifi, hot water, AC, kitchen amenities. It felt secure. I was a little uneasy the first night with the lack of curtains on the doors (meaning that people can see right in to the kitchen/living room area) and the fellow that lives in a boat right out front, but after the first night any trepidation was gone. I would stay again and cannot recommend it enough.

Gin, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us in San Pedro, Belize! This was our first time visiting Belize, and your home had everything we needed for a wonderful week-long stay—two families, 4 adults and 3 kids. We especially loved fishing off the dock. While some reviews mentioned that swimming wasn’t ideal, our boys had no trouble swimming around the dock and snorkeling. They just had to time it with the weather and wind conditions. I wouldn’t recommend swimming past the dock due to boat traffic, though. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to so many great spots. It’s also a very short drive to town and about a 20-minute ride to Secret Beach. All of our excursions either picked us up at the dock or from Rum Dog’s dock, just a 4-minute walk away. The people in the area were friendly and kind, and we always felt safe. We had some of the BEST fishing, diving, and snorkeling experiences we’ve ever had! We’ll definitely be back!

This place was an absolute gem of a find! It was a last minute choice as every hotel we went to in San Pedro was fully booked for the night. I can’t express enough how pleasantly surprised we were. Dianna and Crystal were super friendly, communicative and welcoming. The place was beautiful and peaceful and the outside shower is really something! The only negative thing I have to say is it’s hard to find the place as there is no exact address and the gps app and general internet connection is sometimes unreliable. The hosts did their best to provide written directions but we still had to ask the locals who pointed us in the right direction. Ultimately, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be staying there again myself the next time I find myself in San Pedro!

9 of us stayed in the villa. It was great since we were a mix group each family unit got its own villa. The pool was amazing. We cooked, we grilled we swam etc. the villa is centrally located which makes it easy to get to different parts of the island. Tammi had a great guide book that was extremely helpful as it was our first time to Belize and on the island. While I loved the villa I do wish there living room was bigger in the main house. We were unable to all hangout inside or eat dinner inside but it was a good trade off since we all got our own private spaces. This head up isn’t related to the villa but bring bug spray and aloe Vera because at night the mosquitoes are insane all over the island which is pretty typical whenever you are near large bodies of water.

Marilyn and Salony took care of our party of 7 women and were amazing! Anything that we wanted or needed was taken care of. Marilyn booked a private snorkel trip to Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Alley and we were picked up on our own dock. Marilyn kept in touch with me for the year that we had booked in advance. She was there for us at the airport on arrival and took the Coconut Cafe Ferry with us to the house to get us settled in. She also made sure we got back to the airport with our luggage upon return. We had rented a golf cart, although its not 100% necessary since the Ferry comes directly to San Pedro and much is walkable. She can arrange cabs or give you the phone number of a trusted driver. Coconut Cafe is walkable to the Villa, but be sure not to miss Akasha, which is at Anuna Resort on the same island. If you reserve, they will pick you up by boat and bring you back at no charge. The Villa had everything we needed and we enjoyed having a private pool. Would Recommend!

Beautiful place. If youre looking to escape the city and traffic, this place is great for meditation and seclusion. Bring natural bug repellant for anywhere on the island

Lovely space! Close enough to downtown but far enough to escape the crowd. House was clean and host were responsive to any questions and inquiries that we had. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We can’t wait to return! Our vacation at Mangata was amazing! We loved our little “villas” and the moon bar. Rody & Roly were our bartenders and made our days so fun! We enjoyed pizza at the Moon Bar for dinner. Justin & Jennifer were wonderful hosts and helped us with anything we needed. Jennifer helped get massages scheduled and We enjoyed them on the beach at the villas—they were great! Renting golf carts and driving around was so much fun—exploring the island was the best! We really liked the location of the Villas because it was very peaceful and if we wanted to do something else there was lots of Choices near by for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. So many fun bars & the fruit and vegetable stands to the south were mouth watering amazing! I’ve never seen such giant, fresh avocado's. I would re-book this Airbnb in a heartbeat!

We loved our time at this property. It was so peaceful, out of town and quiet just what we wanted. We had the beach to ourselves. Would highly recommend anybody looking to disconnect and be away from the hustle and bustle.

All the great reviews for Water’s Edge are spot on!! Gorgeous property with fabulous views! The doc makes it easy for excursion pickups as well as fishing. This property is perfect for a large family gathering or a group of friends with spacious rooms and on suite bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need for preparing food and drinks. Franz is the best! He and his wife were very helpful and extremely friendly when needed. We would definitely return!!

This place is located on San Pedro at Ocean 23. Floyds place is the MODEL that ALL Airbnbs should emulate. This place has EVERYTHING. Start with the staff, Mr. Silver and Mr Carlos were very helpful to welcome us. The place was spotless and the Majic Genie that resides here (just joking but maybe not) answered all verbal and non-verbal requests that my wife and i uttered. The kitchen fully stocked FULLY. TV's in the bedrooms, believe me that's not a given in Belize. The bathrooms were to die for with two-person side by side lounge pads for lack of a better word, we spent a Sunday in the bathroom Youtubing LOL. I am floored at how comfortable this condo made us feel. The Jacuzzi, setup was fabulous. Forget the bulky monsters you'll find in the States, this a built up brick construct with the working parts hidden. Genius design and easy to {turn on and turn off} that's all that's needed RIGHT!!! Mr Floyds place is the BEST. I recommend this condo to anyone who wants DO IT RIGHT.

Awesome home! About 1 1/2- 2 minute walk to the beach. It has limited sand area, but is a lot more private. Secret Beach is directly across the island and has plenty of things to do and eat. I would suggest buying groceries at the store right after the bridge on your left when leaving San Pedro, has more to choose from and is a lot cleaner. There is another store closer to the house, but the options seemed less. Stock up on the first one and fill in as needed at the closer one. There is also a very small convenience store right behind the home, very limited but has a few things. Since golf carts are the standard mode of transportation, they were able to set that up as well. Of course on the departure day it rained pretty hard. Daniella was able to arrange a last minute cab ride and returned the cart for us. Thank you Jaime and Michael for a wonderful stay!

Jonathon’s place was exactly as pictured and described. We were steps from the pools, hit tub, and bar. Some days we didn’t even leave. We transited everywhere via a rented golf cart. A pickup dock for excursions is also close by. Do yourself a favor and book now! It was a great experience.

This property is beautiful. It is 9 miles north of the airport. It is intimate and safe. We loved the beautiful pier and private beach. The interior of the property had everything that we needed. We were especially appreciative of how helpful Terri was in hosting us. Her attention to detail and attentiveness was amazing. Thank you again for the wonderful time!

Chad’s Villa is beautiful the property is absolutely stunning and right on the beach is a major plus this is now the whole families favorite trip we’ve taken! We loved spending time on the beach right out our door! It was truly a picture perfect paradise! Their whole team is so kind, Derek brought us daily coconut water from the beach. Terri helped us plan just about everything we could think of from stocked groceries to fun things to do for the whole family. She helped us book our travel and transportation which is such a huge help with kids. This allowed me to relax with the family without worrying about all the trip organization! I also have to say being outside of town was so much nicer than I expected! It allowed us to have time away from the noise and just enjoy being together! I highly recommend staying here! Tuto is absolutely gorgeous, quiet, and peaceful. The staff are very hospitable, friendly, sweet, and kind. It is away from the crowded tourist streets but close enough to hang out in town when you want to

We loved our stay at By The Sea!!! Super cute inside, loved the great big front porch, so peaceful laying in the hammock with the water view. Bar next door wasn’t loud, yet convenient for food and drinks (get the giant cinnamon roll for breakfast!!). Walkable to the shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to return!!

The location north of the bridge kept us away from the busier climate of San Pedro, but close enough to get there quickly for groceries, dining and ferry service. The on-site restaurant and bar provided a great meal and entertainment on our first night as weary travelers, and other times as well. Bartenders and waitstaff were friendly and fun. Front office staff James and all were always helpful, giving us tips on activities when we were unable to dive due to wind conditions. This two bedroom/two bath unit was great for us, two couples.

What a beautiful experience! The location is perfect, with easy access to downtown. The rental was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One special touch that we loved was the thoughtful gesture of having two beers waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival—such a nice way to start our vacation! The hosts were incredibly communicative, offering to bring us more towels and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The only downside was that we didn’t realize the proximity to the karaoke bar, which could be a consideration for light sleepers. However, if you're looking for a lively atmosphere, this could actually enhance your experience. Overall, I highly recommend By the Sea for a relaxing and enjoyable stay—just be prepared for a bit of nightlife nearby.

This was such a relaxing week! We were so well looked after by everyone on the team from Terri, our concierge to Derek, the groundskeeper, Manager Jerome and our lovely housekeeper. Alom was a beach paradise. We swam, fished off the dock and lounged by the shore every day. The trek to Alom was the only part that was not perfect. We rented a golf cart. The road was very bumpy and about 50 minutes to get into town. We knew this before going but it felt quite long on the road. Luckily we didn’t need to go to town everyday and found the restaurants close by to be very good. Our snorkel to Mexico rocks was really amazing. We used the white sands dive shop and they picked us up on the neighbouring dock. All in all this was a memorable holiday for our family and we plan to return again one day.
