Loved our stay at Tanya's Bach. Felt right at home. There were 2 couples and 2 singles and the place felt very spacious with loads of different areas to relax. The pool was great for the hear of the day and the spa was great for the evening when the temperature dropped! Would stay again

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful house. It has a lot of space, felt even more than in the photos. Sun or Rain it’s great to hang and relax. Very handy to the beach and also shops. A great base for a beach holiday! Thanks a lot for having us!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Saskia's place. Beautiful surroundings, interesting house and plenty of little extras. Appreciated the availability of books and toys for our kids, easy access to walking/running tracks and a full kitchen. Easy communication with host. Would not hesitate to book again!

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sarah’s place in Cooks beach. There was plenty of space and everything was clean and lovely. We went with our two young kids and my mum, mum had her own private space and bathroom to herself at one end with us at the other. There was plenty of space to relax as well as it being a safe outdoor area for the kids to run around with the fenced property. We loved walking down and having the days at the beach and spending the evenings outside taking in the last of the sun with a bbq and a quiet wine. We also enjoyed exploring lonely bay and taking the ferry over to Whitianga where the kids enjoyed the short boat ride and the playground there. A great spot for a summer wind down!

Fantastic property in a great location. Great areas with 2 outdoor spaces and really great en-suite with master bedroom being away from the other 2 bedrooms. Really well setup kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend this property and we would stay again. Host responded very quickly and check in made easy.

We were lucky enough to book this lovely, waterfront apartment for three nights in November. Everything was as described, if not better! Watching the activity in the marina whilst enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace was a great way to end a day out and there were several good restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommended.

The whole house is pretty impressive. Rooms are clean and very quiet during the night. Didnt have a chance to try the Bistro but will definitely come back next time and try the food too. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Waihi Beach was exceptional. We loved the area and our host. The apartment was just as beautiful as shown. You could hear the ocean from the apartment. Thank you Campbell and Julie for wonderful hospitality.

We had a wonderful gathering of family there for a 65th birthday celebration with mixed ages from grand children from 4 years old up to adults. It worked perfectly with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and lovely communal spaces to gather also. The views were stunning and the Lodge had everything we needed. We all loved our stay

Fantastic stay in Matarangi! Beautiful house with beautiful finishings. Very well equipped and had everything you could need. We loved the little touches of luxury everywhere. Super easy walk to the beach, we loved using the big beach trolley to get to and from with all the gear. Amazing location! We travelled over from Switzerland and loved everything Matarangi had to offer. A slice of paradise! Thank you for sending the belongings left behind! We hope to be back in the future! Thank you!

Really beautiful place to stay, quite close to Hobbiton and Matamata. Nice distance from other houses if you're looking for a more private location. Caren is lovely and really responsive.

Levi was a great and very responsive host. The house was very clean, modern and spacious. Had everything we needed and within walking distance to shops. I would highly recommend this house if staying in Hamilton and I thought it was great value.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!
