We had a great family gathering at Scott’s lake house. Lots of room for everyone including Skye, our dog. Great sunrises and sunsets. Played cornhole and went inside to warm up!

Great place for a weekend getaway to Huntersville NC. We personally went to the Carolina Renaissance Festival. the house was right down the road from the festival. Furthermore the home is minutes from Target and amazing shopping area.

This was my family’s second time staying here and it was just as perfect for my family as the first time! With an almost 2 year old, the house being 1 level is great. My 10 year old could not stop talking about how comfortable her bed was and Morena was very accommodating with us to let in a crib rental company to set up a crib in one of the bedrooms that was magically awaiting our arrival! My brother and his family live in the neighborhood and we will definitely be renting this house every time we come to visit them!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb over Thanksgiving! The home was spacious and perfect for hosting my family for dinner. The bathrooms were clean and well-designed, which made everything so comfortable for everyone. The host went above and beyond by not only allowing me to host my family but also bringing over extra kitchen amenities to make the dinner even more special. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I’m grateful for the warm and accommodating hospitality. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-equipped space!

It was so clean! It was just what we wanted after helping a friend move and needing a spotless place to clean up after a sweaty day. Very spartan furnishings but it gave us so much space. Thank you.

It was situated on a beautiful lake in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend staying at Patricia’s Airbnb. She was an excellent hostess.

The unit is in a quiet apartment complex. It was very private, even though there seems to be a lot of residents in the complex. Beds were comfortable. Pleased with the price point.

I was there on a work trip and the location was very close to downtown. It was a really functional apartment with everything you need to feel at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tonya’s place! The instructions were clear and easy to follow and the space was cozy and smelled so good as soon as we entered! Tonya also had the sweetest cat that greeted us and even “escorted” us from our car to the deck and steps the evening we returned late from the wedding we were in town for. Would recommend this place 1,000%!

This apartment is spacious and comfortable. Nice view and patio. Quick drive to Davidson Main Street. Close to highway. Nice touches like plenty of coffee, tea, trial size toiletries. Wi-Fi worked great. Host responded quickly and I was happy that they didn’t proactively send us a ton of messages checking on us. I also liked that check out was just lock up and leave. No list of chores. 😅 We will stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great time at Lake Norman. House has plenty of space and is in a great centralized location. It is down a slight offshoot from the main part of the lake which is a huge positive since there is very little boat traffic in front of the house. Quiet and peaceful. We would go back again for sure. The yard and porch are shaded with fans making it very comfortable even with heat and humidity. We rented a boat and were able to dock it right at the house. We had such a good time, we put it on the list as a location we may want to retire to. Thank you Jennifer for everything.

Native to the area. Ended up booking Melanie’s place for family to stay, due to local flood where I lost my home. This place was above and beyond, and just what we needed to escape and relax from the stresses of clean up. The house was magnificent and spotless; well stocked with all the amenities. We we’re lucky to find this place, and would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a peaceful getaway on the water, yet close enough to restaurants and local shopping.

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday to be close to other family in the area. Larry and Pat were extremely friendly and helpful, and even let us check in early which was very helpful with our 1.5 year old! We enjoyed the space and the views. Would definitely come back!
