Dream home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large and architecturally valuable home, surrounded by a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just a 45-minute drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco DOCG area and is particularly convenient for reaching Venice, which is 45 minutes away, or Cortina d'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. Guests will have to pay the tourist tax at the time of check-in: €1 per person per day for a maximum of five days of stay, excluding children under 14 years of age. We loved Ciasa Aidin- the apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable and a great location that was easy walking to the slopes. The views are spectacular! Petra was so helpful and always responded quickly to any question we had. The beds are comfortable and loved the down quilt. We plan on coming back. My husband is an architect and h loved the place.

I loved staying here. It’s a really cozy and comfortable apartment in Ortisei. It was really easy to get into the town—there’s a bus that operates on the highway right outside. Davide was an excellent host and even went out of his way to let me know when there was a delay on a gondola for the Seceda route.

Great value for money. Thomas was very supportive. Skibus is in 3 minutes and will get you to Col Raiser. Or you can walk for 15 minutes on foot, but it is hard, because it’s uphill. On the way from slope you can ski down almost to the ski bus stop and then walk for 3 minutes. Tips inside the house: - for cold water in the shower you have to completely turn the tap pressing red button - wifi works only in the kitchen, does not work in the rooms - matrasses are too soft, I’ve told Thomas about it. Hope they will be changed soon

We recently stayed at Barbara’s bnb and couldn’t have been happier about it. The space was as in the photos and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the highlights is the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from the living room window, truly stunning to look at. The area is peaceful and quiet and there are plenty of supermarket nearby. Communication with the host was flawless; Barbara was always clear, responsive, and punctual, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d recommend it for sure!
