Fantastic stay! Would highly recommend! Very comfortable beds & every thoughtful detail considered right down to water by the bedside table & breakfast included. Bonus was the Immaculate garden for our pup & peaceful location. Would definitely book again if we are ever in the area.

Very thoughtful attention to detail with lights and aircon on for our arrival. Delighted to find tea and oil and extras in the kitchen and lovely shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. My grandchildren loved the books and board games . The position beside a park , shops including a coffee shop , butcher , bakery and IGA and bottle shop was ideal for a visit. Felt very welcome and personalized . Will return !!

Rod and Jay have a beautiful place in a great location. Great for families! We used the oval across the road for family cricket games and soccer to keep the kids active. It is also a short walk to Little Beach and a short drive to Shoal Bay and the Marina. It felt central to everything we needed. The townhouse is sparkling clean and beautifully presented. We felt comfortable and right at home for the time we stayed there. We could easily have stayed longer. Communication was great and everything was super easy. We are so grateful that we found Rod and Jay’s place and hope to be able to visit again in the future.

It was only a fleeting visit but the house was everything we had hoped for. Very secure for the dogs and no neighbouring animals to set them off. The bedrooms get quite hot, even with the fan going, but there's aircon in the living area so we just slept with the door open.

The property was lovely, and as described, with a lot of the period features still evident. We loved the old charm of the property. We were in town for an evening out, and the terrace was within walking distance to the harbour and local restaurants, which was fantastic. We had a lovely early morning walk around the beach and harbour foreshore. We will definitely be back.

Where do we start… from the fresh handmade bread and cakes, to the beautiful river tour, this is one of the most magical Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in and we have been to a few. This place is a hug for the soul, and it starts with the welcome and hospitality of Sally and her husband. We had the most amazing night and didn’t want to leave. We recommend anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay with your pup on the way up the coast. You will not regret it. We will be back! Thank you so much again Sally!

This was our second stay at Amanda's. It was just as good as our previous visit. A great house for our extended family to stay and a very convenient layout for a baby. Excellent for visits and meals with our local family. a great week - we'll be back

Our stay at Karen's property was nothing short of amazing. The estate was beautiful, peaceful, and so well-maintained, including a pristine pool that added to the charm. Karen's thoughtful hospitality truly stood out—she welcomed us with freshly baked bread and farm-fresh eggs, which made us feel so special. Her dog, Zoey, was an absolute joy, and our puppy, Kiara, loved playing with her. It was a perfect experience, and we’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Perfect for family holiday. Good location, close to shops and restaurants. They have a beautiful living area and outdoor area to spend time with the family while watching the view of the pool and nature.

We loved our stay at The Loft! As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home! Zoe had provided amazing touches to make it feel very homely, like a welcome drink, fully equipped kitchen and luxury body products available to use. The place is modern, stylish, all while being very practical, providing everything you would need for a getaway. We are grateful that we were able to bring our dog along with us! The Loft is positioned in a great location on a quiet street, with a dog beach that is walking distance and a short drive to other amazing beaches.

John was extremely Responsive and helpful when we had to check in later than expected! The place was great and the area was extremely peaceful! Wish we had more time to hang. Would absolutely stay again!

Morrad was an excellent host and provided an exceptional getaway for our little family. Lake Macquarie and Marks Point is an absolute hidden gem and perfect for even young children. The location was spectacular and provided many water-based activities for an active family. While there were several flights of stairs to access the home, my family and I saw these as a worthwhile trade-off for the tranquility that the home offered. Definitely recommended and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Thanks again Morrad for your hospitality and kindness!

I had a lovely one night stay at Craig's tiny home! Craig met me on arrival and was incredibly hospitable. He was also great for a chat, but gave plenty of privacy if that's what you needed too. The space itself was perfect! I wish I could've stayed longer, the loft bed was really cute and the kitchen had all the utensils and appliances I needed. Thanks Craig, wish I could stay again!
