Lovely and calm boathouse right next to a beautyful bay. I loved the morning swims, the sunrises and sunsets. You can watch birds and we were lucky enough to watch otters several times! Stephanie is a very friendly person and gave us several tips. My partner said I should give 5 of 5 otters for the accomodation. I totally agree :-)

What can I say that hasn’t been said before?!! The Lighthouse Keeps Her is more than a cottage. The energy the space brings whispers of ancient history and an otherworldly healing. Perching on the edge of the ocean for a weekend felt like retreating for a week in a beautiful bubble. The icing on the cake was Fiona visiting to give us all massage and facials. What a lovely person who thrives in her vocation. Thank you Saoirse for the whole experience and the kind late checkout.

We fell in love with this house. It’s in a beautifully secluded spot with direct access to the water. We swam each morning and it was bliss. The layout of the house is great, with a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room and a gorgeous deck that gets the sun. The surrounding area is stunning. We particularly liked the Buddhist centre and vegetarian cafe, which is in a gorgeous spot with breathtaking views. Would love to go back and spend more time exploring.

Admiral House was the perfect spot for family getaway on beautiful Bere Island. The house was clean and had every amenity needed including a stroller and high chair for a toddler. Lots to explore on the island and there are 2 local ferries for day trips to Beara Peninsula. The host and her grandma were so kind dropping off Irish bread and a quiche. All in all a lovely visit would highly recommend for a quiet relaxing time.

Marie was a great host and went above and beyond. The house is amazing and in a great location. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the ideal property if you want a relaxing getaway. A perfect and scenic location, it’s beautiful. Anne was extremely helpful and always on hand. I highly recommend a stay here. West Cork is the most beautiful place in the world and this property is the perfect stay to take it all in

We really, really loved our stay in Dunworly. It was absolutely stunning. We definitely learned the way of the windy, narrow roads and felt like pros by the end. The beach was easily the most amazing view we have ever seen. We really enjoyed the quick walk to it and went every morning. We quickly adapted to the drive to the restaurants and shops in Timoleague, Bandon, and Clonakilty. Our favorite restaurant was in Bandon - Copper Grove - it was incredible! We loved the small towns and getting that “locals” feel. Our time at Tommy’s Beach House was easily the highlight of our trip. Thank you for making our trip from New Orleans wonderful!

We had an absolutely fantastic time here. Would highly recommend. The house was spotless, very well kept. The beds were all extremely comfortable, all with fresh linen. The view was amazing. The house is right on the water. The gardens and estate was an excellent place to go for a wander and explore. Paul was an excellent host. We cant wait to come back again

From start to finish we loved this place, it was everything and more. The house was spotless and had a vast array of appliances and space. We loved the peaceful nature around it and the view! As it was our first time in Castletownbere we appreciated all the local recommendations and every single person we met was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and thank you to John for sharing this gem with us.

I would give 11 out of 10 if I could. The home is so stylish and comfortably furnished, and feels very luxurious. Whatever the weather here, the views across the bay were always fabulous and ever changing. I had arrived with high expectations which it totally met and indeed surpassed. Painful to have to leave. The only consolation was to promise ourselves that we would come back again soon.

We had an amazing stay in Forester's House in Inish Beg Estate.The check in was very easy and the house was very spacious and clean with gorgeous views and surroundings. The use of the pool was brilliant bonus!

Lovely spacious and very clean house on a peaceful island in county cork. We spent 5 nights here for my mother in law’s birthday. Well located to explore the surrounding beaches, bays, islands and countryside. Unfortunately our fridge broke but the team were very quick to create solutions and then fix it. Very good communication from the Inish Beg team. Thank you

We had a fantastic time at Hannes cottage. The location was beautiful, Hannes was very welcoming and generous, and the cottage was perfect for our weekend. We would absolutely recommend staying here, will be coming back as soon as we can. Thank you very much Hannes!

Sarah’s place was wonderful. We met up with our adult children in Kinsale and this house had more than enough space to accommodate the four of us. The beds were very comfortable and the instant hot water was a real plus as the weather was a bit brisk. We cooked a few meals at home and Sarah’s kitchen was well equipped. Will definitely return!

Absolutely stunning location & property. Vincent is an outstanding host, excellent communication and could not do enough for us. The property is outstanding, exceptionally clean, plenty of room for families and friendship parties alike. Lovely welcome pack on our arrival too, fantastic gesture & touch. We encountered storm Eowyn during our stay, which impacted local power & water supplies. We cannot thank Vincent enough for going above and beyond to ensure we still enjoyed a comfortable stay, providing cooking & heating essentials, blankets & other supplies. Despite the weather, we cannot emphasise enough our recommendation for this stunning property and phenomenal host.

Had a great stay here as the house was comphy and the location in the middle of the village is close to everything.

Sheila was very friendly and helpfully provide lots of advise on the local area. The accommodation was spotless and Sheila very kindly left milk, eggs, biscuits etc for our stay. In high season there are local pubs which you can walk to that serve food and out of season drink only which was when we stayed. Sheila had helpfully advised us that food service in these local pub / restaurants had stopped so we could bring food for dinner or plan drive to restaurants in nearby villages. Overall a lovely stay in a beautiful part of West Cork.

Simon was a top notch host! His local recommendations of Ross Castle and Harmonie Sauna were 👌. The Mill exceeded our expectations! Following the path down to the ocean and seeing it for the first time will forever be a memory that brings me joy and a smile! We hope to come back someday!

Our stay in Glenbeigh, at Driftwood House, could not have been lovelier. With the location on the Ring of Kerry, the view in all directions was breathtaking. Sheep-filled hills in front and an ocean view behind made for a beautiful, peaceful stay. Gretta and William were simply wonderful. They were not only friendly but so helpful in offering suggestions for our activities and driving routes during our stay. Their recommendations for food were perfect and delicious! On our final day, they provided us with helpful tips as we continued our travels to the Cliffs of Moher and Galway. Their bed and breakfast truly feels like home. It is clean, warm and cozy and allowed us to relax into each evening comfortably with a fire in the fireplace. Gretta’s morning scones are to die for and the perfect start to any day! Thank you for making our stay in Glenbeigh so memorable. We certainly hope to visit again! Jim, Connie, Mike & Debbie

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Boathouse Cottage. The cottage was very cosy, spotless and had everything at hand to make it a home from home experience. It is set in a quiet and scenic rural location. It boasts of majestic mountain views from the doorstep. One is only a short drive to Dooks Golf course. At the cross road junction a short distance in front of the house if you choose to turn left you can travel 15 minutes through Glenbeigh villlage to reach Rossbeigh where you can enjoy a long sandy beach. If you turn right at the junction and take a short drive you can explore Cromane, a little fishing village where you can stroll along the beach. You can view the magnificent scenery and then retire to Jacks Coastguard Retaurant /pub to enjoy a meal at the award winning seafood restaurant. Noreen and Phil were responsive hosts and made the booking/check in process seamless. We highly recommend this cosy cottage and would love to return in the future.
