Our stay was wonderful! Ignacio and Nati went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay and celebrate our son's 2nd birthday. We were so touched by their kindness and helpfulness. The drive to get up to their place is a bit daunting the first time, but it's easily done with a 4x4 vehicle and is totally worth it! Peaceful, incredible views, and full of charm. Highly recommend.

Stone pathways meander through the hotel grounds, bordered by rustic thatched-roof structures. The view opens up to the expansive embalse Puclaro, with hills rising gently in the background under a clear blue sky.

Luxury cottage with a breathtaking view from the master bedroom window. Loros Tricahue in the daytime sky that accompanied us at breakfast and dinner. Millions of stars in the night sky that we take advantage of astrotourism with Astronias. The Hot Tub, another gift. Felipe, the host, was very kind and diligent at all times. The experience was especially enjoyable.

We felt very comfortable from start to finish in the hotel. We arrived too early for check-in and actually only wanted to drop off our luggage, but then we were able to go straight to the room. We were even allowed to choose between 2 rooms. The house is old but clean and has great charm. There's cozy seating everywhere. The garden and pool are great and well maintained. The entire service and support was great. It felt like someone was always there, and they always inquired if we needed anything. One evening we arrived at the hotel around 11:00 p.m. and wanted to sit on the terrace with drinks we had bought on the way, and even then they offered us extra glasses and ice cubes. Breakfast is (for European guests) very simple, but typical of the country and perfectly adequate, especially considering the value for money. We recommend the hotel without reservation and would come back again and again.
