Excellent location, very quiet neighborhood very nice and cozy house, both Eduardo and Mrs. Jenny are very friendly and helpful.

Very good accommodation, Maria always answered our questions, we felt right at home, family environment, the house met all our expectations, even more so for our 2 pet dogs, who had a large patio. The area where it is located is safe and you can walk to buy bread for breakfast. Very friendly concierges. In short, I recommend this place 100% 👍

Excellent place, with adequate accommodations, clean, a quiet environment, safe and at a very good price. It also met all the requirements we were looking for, among others, a good wifi connection as we visited the city for work. For all the above, we were very happy with the decision to stay at Alexandra's place, an excellent host and I recommend future customers to opt for this excellent option.

Totally grateful to get away in this accommodation, everything was excellent. 👌🏻 In fact, my dad has mobility problems and I didn't realize that the rooms were on the second floor. Maricarmen didn't hesitate to bring down a bed so we could feel more comfortable. 10/10 for this accommodation, everything was quiet, warm, we had an amazing time 🤗

cozy house, small but meets everything, it has everything you need, it is only a little removed from the beach, like 10 to 15 minutes by car, but it is somewhat minor. Clean house, very comfortable, spectacular beds, clean and tidy bedrooms, there was only carpet in some parts that are very delicate, but it is somewhat minor, in general a 7 the house.

An excellent place to disconnect from the city. I definitely recommend it 100%. His host Guovanni was always attentive.

Graciela is super friendly, I had asked her a check-in favor for my grandparents and she was always super friendly, flexible and understood the situation very well. The house is super spacious, full kitchen, everything is impeccable. If I had to go back to La Serena, I would definitely go back to this place.

I stayed with my pets and the apartment is wonderful, spacious and very comfortable. It has great shared parking and space. An enviable location, we were a 3-minute walk from the beach and 6 minutes from shops. I recommend it 1000% and it will definitely be where I stay on my next visit to La Serena.

It was a rental that I found for my parents for their vacation and they were amazed, the apartment with all the amenities, the place with good access and close to places to eat. The communication was excellent, concerned.

The stay was excellent. The hostess is very friendly. The location of the apartment is exceptional, in front of the beach and with direct beach access to the horseshoe. The apartment was very clean. I want to highlight the quality of the sheets, mattresses and pillows. Again thanking Eliana for her kindness and flexibility.

We stayed 4 days in the apartment, which gets all the comforts for a good rest and to enjoy a nice view of the beach, which is very close to Avenida del Mar. The very friendly host. We recommend it 100%.
