I loved this place, the house is beautiful, well equipped and the surroundings are just stunning. We went with our dog and he had the time of his life running all over the place. I recommend this place very much

Our stay at Daniel's country home was incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The vast property offered exceptional privacy, nestled alongside a stunning river perfect for leisurely swims. The meticulously maintained swimming pool, filled with pristine river water, added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. Inside the home, a refreshing breeze flowed through the spacious farm windows, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere. The surrounding gardens teeming with beautiful birds further added to the charm of the place. We found the showers to be consistently hot and the beds provided utmost comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Daniel's hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. He offered invaluable recommendations and remained highly responsive throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the well-stocked kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. Our experience at Daniel's country retreat was nothing short of delightful.

Beautiful mountain house with incredible view of coffee plantations, nice place with pool and jacuzzi, very pet friendly closed place. For previous comments I was worried about the way; however a 4x4 is not necessary

We loved spending a few days in La Casona. The place is magical, full of details and places to walk and get to know. The experience of being immersed in a coffee estate is a plus. The coffee on the property is delicious, and we were also able to enjoy a delicious breakfast at the cafe. You can get to know the stable with beautiful horses, and there are restaurants and cafes in the area. Melania gave us many recommendations for activities to do around the area. We look forward to returning soon.

I stayed just under a month. The space was clean - everything was as it should have. Ample bed linen for changing, access to washing machine was a huge plus. Host had prepared a book (both Spanish and English) outlining local areas of interest, some lovely restaurants, directions to local markets, location of bus terminals, and other bits of information that one might require. This allowed me to orient myself quickly and easily. Very much appreciated.
