Copake Lake vacation rentals

First of all, a 1 o’clock check in started us off on a very happy note. Then, having room for each female to have her own bed made a for peaceful stay. The biggest thing was how much the space was warm, comforting, and full of character. The sliders provided a broad view of the lake. The kitchen with the open area to dining and front area provided an open concept feel to an older home while maintaining its true character. The tall cabinets contained every utensil/small appliance that we needed and more. We brought a bag of board games as we know what we like, but there was a great variety already there. While there was plenty of room, we felt “together” in that space. We can only imagine the beauty that arrives later in spring. Thank you for having us!

Our stay at Allies Cottage was spectacular!! Although are stay was short it was sweet. We will definitely be back!

A lovely weekend Birthday getaway! The peaceful view of the lake was so nice, and the hot tub was really refreshing! Would definitely like to stay here again in the future

We had a fantastic stay! Our group of 8 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 dogs had an amazing time. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a family getaway. Vincent was an incredible host—attentive, thoughtful, and quick to respond to anything we needed. He even had small trash bags delivered when we asked, and followed up when the delivery had an issue to make sure it was corrected. One of the highlights was the binder he provided, which was full of helpful information about the house and local area—it really helped us plan our stay. The kitchen was another standout: impressively stocked with basics like flour, sugar, and salt, plus a KitchenAid mixer, toaster, coffee maker, food storage containers, multiple cutting boards, and lots of serving ware. It made cooking for our large group so easy. We felt truly taken care of the entire time. Vincent’s hospitality made all the difference. We’d absolutely love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Mitchell was very responsive and communication was easy. The house is near butternut and GB. Hopefully we will come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoors.

Scott is amazing! The airbnb was incredible! Lovely placed filled for immense and loving memories. He allowed me a late Check-Out which was wonderful. Definitely recommend you guys coming more often!

Anne Marie's place was exactly what we were looking for! It is extremely well stocked, with everything you might need, from kitchen appliances, extra blankets, many towels, etc. The surroundings were gorgeous and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Anne Marie was friendly and very responsive, answering questions quickly and flexibly. We can't wait to come back!

I travel a lot and I have a particular passion for the Catskills and this location was top of the list of all places I have visited in this Area. We tried our best to be great guests and we cleaned up after ourselves as best we could, so that we may be allowed to visit again in the summer and hopefully many future visits… Thanks again Susanna for sharing your wonderful and amazing lake house…

This was a beautiful and well kept home and was a delight to stay in. Natalia was also a lovely and communicative host. We had no issues and would happily stay there again.

Excellent stay! Our group had a great time, lots of nearby hiking and excellent restaurants.

Well kept clean old house and furnishings. Terrific unobstructed view of the Hudson from two of the bedrooms and living room facing East. I loved sitting by the bay window in the master bedroom with the sun shining in watching barges on the river and with views of the town of Hudson on the far side of the river. The owners stuff was in the closets and refrigerator and freezer full of her food but that did not bother me. I appreciate having condiments, salt, sugar and pepper available. There is a washer/dryer but no dishwasher and only one bathroom. Also no shades on the East facing window in the master bedroom so light streamed in at sunrise.

Rashawn's place was great! Near downtown Albany, and plenty of sleeping space. Great for any size groups.

This house was perfect for our girls’ weekend in Hudson! It was spacious, clean, and had so much character. The location was great—just a short 5-minute drive to Warren Street. We didn’t walk due to the cold weather but it was definitely close and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

I could not be happier with my stay! my group and I loved the ammenady options. The house was so spacious so no one felt cramped. The house was clean and well cared for! The neighbors aren't too close so there is plenty of privacy. The beds where sooo comfortable. If you do alot of computer work like me. This place is even wonderful for that too as it has many places to "set up shop" where you wont be bothered by others in your group. My only complaint was that I had to leave so soon. I am looking forward to returning.

The absolute best solution to a peaceful weekend getaway from the city! We felt immersed in the woods and enjoyed grilling outdoors for dinner. The home was beautiful, minimalist, and had everything we needed.

This is our second time staying at this home. We love it so much, i’m tempted to write a bad review so it’s more available! Joking of course…this is the perfect little escape from the city. It’s so throughly decorated and peaceful. I love the secluded lounge area/den, and the record player in the dining room. It’s just a great vibe.

A beautiful home and the views were breathtaking on the lake. Although, it was frozen. All the amenities we needed and more. Close to skiing and tubing. Owner Sara was very attentive to respond quickly. We just wanted a getaway place for a family weekend. The road was narrow and very icy. Would go back but not in the winter. Summer and the Fall I think would be best. Lots more things to do in the nicer weather months. Thank you Sara for your hospitality.

It was wonderful! being lakeside with the help of the weather gods, it was PERFECT! Three decks ourside,kayaks avialable. Spectacular view ourside and from most windows inside. The resident duck tribe added to the natural beauty. Indoors, a clean, fresh feeling, comfortable furniture and beds. It was a home run as soon as we entered the door.

Very peaceful! Space was comfortable and it was nice to have a relaxing getaway and take a step back from work. Can’t wait to book again in the summer and take full advantage of what the lake has to offer! Lauren was an excellent host and very communicative.

Carrie was very attentive and concerned about giving me the best instructions to make me feel at home. I didn't struggle to check-in and get settled. What ever question or concern I had she would answer me quickly and kindly. I recommend this beautiful place that will make you feel welcome and at home. So, this space is an RV. I had never stayed in an RV, so there were a few things that I had to get used to. Firstly, the space is bigger than I had expected, which was a nice surprise. That said, the shower is incredibly tiny. Barely room to turn around, so be ready for that. The big difference is that this home is designed to be moved, so anything that can open and close has a very strong and sometimes complex locking system. Took a while to figure out how to open the fridge and the front door. Latches and doubly secure I assume so that nothing will open up while the home is in motion. The light switches are in odd places, the temperature control is a bit complex. Be sure to get clear instructions on using them. The RV has its own yard that is extremely well equipped. It's on a lovely creek. There's a gazebo and a fire pit and a swing, which are all nice additions for your stay.
