Vacation rentals with a patio in Cookeville

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so quiet and peaceful. It was so cute and very close to main st. I would most definitely book again. She was a wonderful host.

My family and I absolutely love this Airbnb. We live in Texas and whenever we are visiting family, we hope and pray that this Airbnb is available. Ms Julie is just amazing. She makes you feel like family! Sometimes in the morning and late evening you can see deer come close to the house and it’s just so peaceful to watch them. This Airbnb and the land that it sits on is absolutely beautiful.

I've stayed at this place three times now, and I can honestly say it's hands-down the coolest spot around. Modern, stylish, and super comfortable—everything about it just works. Every time I come back, it feels like a perfect little escape. Jon and Judy are absolute rockstars. They're the kind of hosts that just get it—friendly, thoughtful, and always make sure everything is top-notch. You can tell they care about every detail, and it shows. If you're looking for a place that's a step above the rest, this is it. Can't wait for stay number four!

Brad’s place is lovely. Very modern and clean with comfortable furniture and some nice touches. Super quiet. One of the nicest Airbnb’s at which I’ve stayed. Close to the downtown area and the university. Brad was easy to get in touch with. Would absolutely recommend.

Check in was easy and the hosts were very communicative and accommodating. I would stay here again!

This was such a great little place. The home itself was cozy, neat and quiet. The farm was such an added benefit! (Yes, we definitely fed the donkeys and sheep!!) Burgess Falls and Cummins Falls were less the 20min from the stay! Perfect little get away!

Kathie was Fantastic. Quite responsive & helpful. This was my first time using an Air BnB so I was quite nervous about something not working out. Wasn't sure what to expect. She was very helpful. Air BnB was very clean & comfortable. Very nicely decorated. I needed a place to stay while my floors were being redone in my Home. Found it to totally suit our needs. Her attention to detail on providing items one might need away from Home & the little extra touches were quite refreshing & appreciated. Loved Dirty Girls Nursery being so close & their Amazing offerings even in January. I would highly recommend her Home to anyone looking to stay in the area of Crossville/ Lake Tansi. Great beautifully furnished modern home with hot tub. 3 spacious bedrooms, plenty of room, plenty of storage for your luggage and clothes. Lots of outdoor activities to do in the area. Lots of TVs. Will be back!

This is now my 4th time staying here when I visit my long distance boyfriend. I love it here!

This is easily one of my favorite airbnb experiences so far. The home is lovely, and the host is very kind. The back yard was great for stargazing and a little disc golf practice! There were plenty of dishes and cooking basics to make a nice meal. Overall, this place is so cozy and located within 5 minutes of anything in town. I would gladly stay again!

Perfection doesn't exist but we were happy. The Fridge Magnet couldn't explain the place any better :) Great Neighborhood, super convenient to Sunset Marina Easy trailer parking, House had everything you need and was functional.

We had an amazing time with our family and friends before they head back to college/work. Our boat is at Hurricane Marina and the drive there was less than 15 minutes- which was very nice! We enjoyed playing pool and games. House had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable! We highly recommend this place and Michelle was super responsive! Thank you for sharing!

I was in Cookeville for work and the place was very close to the office. I like places that have a full kitchen so I can cook. This place was great for that. Very quiet neighbors. I would definitely recommend Marshall’s apartment.

We had a great few days at Sonya's condo. These condos have some of the best views on the entire lake, and her condo may have the best view in the complex. We love the location to the marina (1 mile), so it's quick and easy to get on the water. There was plenty of room in the place for our family, and the community pool was a nice benefit when we just wanted to relax and catch some sun! I would say the pictures were accurate (except the view in person is better), and Sonya was great to work with.

We had a great stay at The Getaway for my nieces wedding. The home was exactly like the photos and the interior was clean. It was a very nice home and the craftsmanship was top notch. The walk-in shower in the master bedroom was nice and big and the bed extremely comfortable. One side note…if you are not a tall person, you may need some type of a stool to get into bed as the bed sits very high. The bedrooms do not have televisions in them, but that was not an issue for us. There is a large television in the great room which was perfectly fine. The views of the mountains and the lake were breathtaking. The home was very much worth the fair price. Thank you Mark for opening up your home and being so responsive in all communications.
