We loved our stay! Melanie was very easy to get ahold of and the place was amazing. We loved meeting, petting, brushing, and feeding the horses! They were so sweet. And we loved the kitties 😻 The house was very comfortable and cozy! Great location- close to Gainesville and Winstar.

Our stay Dora’s Den was absolutely wonderful with everything we could possibly need. My husband is very particular and even he cannot stop talking or telling our friends and family about how much he enjoyed our time here. Luigi was also an exceptional host responding to every question or concern I had almost immediately. We cannot wait to make this our yearly getaway location!

Stayed at this beautiful, secluded ranch for a friend’s wedding, and it was perfect! The property was peaceful and spacious, with a lovely pond and plenty of room for all of us. The setting made for a relaxing getaway, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Would absolutely stay here again!

The place was very clean and had great outdoors for our dog Harley. It was great to be away from the city in a quiet private location. Very nice and helpful tenants. There were restaurants and stores not too far. Really recommend this place.

We had our first mom’s retreat and this was a perfect place for us! The place is beautiful, not too far from home but far away from the city madness! The house and the view is beautiful! Sunset view was stunning! Pictures match the actual place. Clean beds with white sheets is always a plus! House has so much stuff in case you need extra sheets/ blankets/ kitchen items. Very quiet and enjoyable. Catherine was very nice and great to communicate with. Enjoyed every bit of it and will definitely visit again!

This is the second time we have stayed at one of the properties in Thackerville and it’s honestly the only way we will stay when we go up there. The properties are clean and well maintained and the snacks and champagne are so appreciated.
