Places to stay in Coober Pedy

We are a group of friends who are on their 4WD travels through SA & NT. We decided to make a stop in Coober Pedy and treat ourselves to an overnight stay in a nice place to escape the weather. We arrived to a crazy downpour of rain, floods & a power outage (obviously to no fault of Jessica’s). The place was beautiful and watching the storm roll in was awesome. Jessica was so responsive to all our calls and messages regarding power, and followed us up with updates. That’s the outback for ya! The place was clean, comfy & we loved the surrounds. You can’t control the weather but what you can control is how awesome your host is. I would highly recommend!

Second time staying at Cozy Cave Coober Pedy and was just as amazing as the first. Great service by Jo-Anne couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. Shona was so friendly and greeted us and showed us around, and gave us a few tips and recommendations for our time in Coober Pedy. What stood out about this place was all the small things, the attention to detail, from lovely soaps in the bathroom to bread and milk in the fridge, it felt like home and I could almost picture living in Coober Pedy in a place like this! Thanks for the amazing stay, couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Astrid and Heath were wonderful hosts very friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Room was spacious and well equipped. Can’t wait to return easily the best Airbnb we have stayed in, can’t wait to return

We are so pleased that we booked this place. It was exactly what we were wanting. A place were we could relax and the views were amazing. We were up early both mornings to watch the sunrise which were beyond incredible. Paul was amazing to communicate with, especially after we lost the key to the accommodation. He was easy to reach out to. We were amazed at the size of the place and it was exactly as pictured. We would definitely recommend to anyone that is heading that way.
