We had a wonderful stay here in Little Rock! This airbnb had everything you could possibly need, the neighborhood was safe, it was easy to find and check in, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and kind. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Nice clean place in Midtown. Would stay there again, hands-down!

Beautiful apartment. Loads of space. Host and manager were quick to respond to issues/questions. My only hesitation has to do with feeling safe as a solo traveler. Was hoping to be able to walk a bit more. Beautiful historic neighborhood, but in the up and coming stages for now. Ubers were cheap, though. Definitely visit Central High National Park. That IS an easy walk. Well worth a visit.

Such a beautiful space! Beautiful art, amenities, and great location. We had our 4 month old and two year old with us and the hosts were very accommodating. The claw foot bathtub is a 10/10! Would absolutely stay again.

Best neighborhood in Little Rock, Hillcrest!Very safe and family friendly. Walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, nature trails, shopping, grocery store, safe neighborhood with sidewalks, playground at the neighborhood middle school. Clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of comfy seating in living room. Shower pressure was fantastic! The decor could all use some updating but all the amenities and appliances work, were comfortable, very clean and in a safe, wonderful neighborhood so the decor was definitely not a deal breaker for us! Will absolutely stay at Kristy’s again in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly hospitable and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. They were attentive to every detail, making me feel at home. The unit itself was beautiful—tastefully designed with a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern touches. I really admired the way they renovated the space, maintaining its character while adding contemporary elements. I would highly recommend this cozy and stylish retreat.

Are stay was peaceful and pleasant. For some reason we couldn’t get the tv and heater to work in the master bedroom. Troy fixed that quickly, it was something simple.

The house was perfect and exactly what we needed for our weekend visiting family. I would highly recommend staying here the next time you are in Conway. Lance was very quick to help us out when we needed it - which wasn’t often because the house was wonderful in every way!

We loved this house. It is tastefully decorated, clean and smelled so good because of air freshners in just the right places. The washer and dryer are huge. All the appliances and furniture look brand new. Everything you could want is close by, shopping, restaurants and our main reason for being there, family.

This is a great place to stay if you need accommodations for several people. It's a well-cared-for, older home in a comfortable, convenient location. All the appliances worked well and everything we needed was at our fingertips. There was always great communication with Sheila and she always responded to my emails immediately. Great place to stay and you can't go wrong with this one. I will look for home whenever Ik'm in Little Rock. Perfect.

Thank you Joe! We were up for a family reunion and have never had to rent something in Heber cause it was home for years and then had lots of family there. We have only one family left there and so had to get a place. It was comfortable and convenient to all our activities. Will stay again for sure!

The condo is exactly as listed, beautiful area and super peaceful! The room itself was very clean, spacious, and neat. Perfect for our situation as a pit stop in a road trip, but I could also see it being great for multiple night stays. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful!

Stacie had to make a change to my original reservation location months ago, and she immediately contacted me and offered this location, which was great!!! I enjoy the rental relationship we've developed and her places feel so homey and are so peaceful. I truly feel like a guest and feel so welcomed and can't wait to rent again during annual visit/event. Best host ever!!

We especially loved the fire pit and the proximity to Pinnacle Mountain. Since there is no WiFi we brought our Roku stick and used our hotspot.

My family of 6 stayed 3 nights at Residences during the Thanksgiving holiday. Prior to our arrival, the hostess inquired about our arrival time so she could coordinate the key fob pick up. Although we arrived almost at closing time on Thanksgiving Eve, the hostess waited for us in the lobby so she could put the key fob in my hand and escort us to our penthouse. Throughout our stay, our hostess was extremely attentive. I received replies very quickly when I had questions regarding parking, adjusting the thermostat, etc. The keurig wasn't working, so she brought us a new one within 15 minutes of being contacted. Our penthouse was clean, roomy, and peaceful with spectacular views of the buildings in the downtown area. We appreciated the ease of checking out upon our departure (we were only responsible for removing trash and cleaning out the fridge).
