Fabrizio was an incredible host. Very welcoming and a great communicator. The accommodation was perfect and within walking distance to so many amenities. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in the beautiful town of Monopoli.

Newly renovated apartment, comfortable and functional. Everything clean and in a good location, great communication, recommended!

The flat is spacious and has everything you need. Location is central and easy to reach. Prospero was always reachable and available.

Super nice apartment, located near shops, restaurant, pharmacy, train station, bus ,.. The apartment is well equipped. The only small downside is the neighbors upstairs , very late at night and very early in the morning... Also no we had a great time!

It was the second time that we stayed in the appartment from Luiz, and we had a good time again🙂 Luiz is very friendly.

Very well located apartment close to the city center without being in the tourist center. we were able to park without problem on the street. we were like at home..with two bathrooms, luxury!

Perfect location in the old town but just outside of the restaurants and nightlife area so that you can still find plenty of peace and silence. Staying in the apartment feels a bit like going back in history with the dome ceiling and stone walls, whilst still enjoying all the standard amenities of modern life. Perfectly clean kitchen and bathroom. Accessing the property couldn't be easier, and you can get to the main square, bars and restaurants in less than 3 mins. Just a perfect place for a few days with the family.

I appreciated that he was always very responsive to questions and that he was able to show me good places to go to do my activities. Like hairdressers, laundromats, how to go to the airport, etc.

Excellent location - perfectly situated in the Sassi of Matera with amazing views and centrally located to all of the sites in ancient Matera. Patrizia was extremely helpful and communicative. We hope to visit again soon and stay at Patrizia's place!

Mimma is energetic and positive, exuding good vibes. We were comfortable and well cared for. We especially appreciated the welcome basket of foods, several homemade treats. Mimma also shared her family’s history and showed us their original trullo house. It is like a museum! We were very fortunate to stay during the religious festival in Alberobello. Mimma made arrangements for us to be seated with the locals outside the butcher shop. What a unique memory-making treat.

In the smallest space a very clean, tastefully decorated and well-equipped accommodation. Unfortunately, I can no longer switch the 4-star rating to 5 now; check-in would have been easier if I had the sent photos of Thelma with me.

100/100 of the best stays we have had in Italy, the beautiful place, we were able to rest and enjoy nature and tranquility. We also used the oven to make pizza and it was a fabulous plan as a family. Thank you for Francesca's kindness. Fairytale place. Thank you!

A great location right in the centre of town. An amazing big terrace on the roof that gets the sun throughout the day.

What beautiful place light and airy in a lovely quiet neighbourhood but with great access to local shops and a short stroll downhill into the old town. The host were extremely welcoming and helpful and made our stay hugely enjoyable. If you are planning to visit Ostuni this accommodation is highly recommended. We will definitely return. A really goo place to stay in Monopoli. Located outside the center but only a 10 minutes walk. Best choice who go to a match as its next the stadium. :)

where do I begin !! Claudia saved us!! Our air bnb in Bari cancelled the day we were flying in. Claudia responded so quickly with our request to book within hours of getting there. She was so helpful, sent us clear instructions on what to do and even sent a map with recommendations. She met us upon our arrival and took the time to explain the map and told us all the important spots to check out ! Any questions we had she answered !! The place was so perfect walkable to everything and secluded enough for privacy. I have nothing but great things to say. Claudia thank you !! We had the best few days and will be back in the future xo

Giulia's place was especially impressed by the location: the sea near the house, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, is beautiful! Crystal clear waters, snorkeling options but also easily accessible beaches with simple water entrances! The apartment is equipped with all amenities and amenities: spacious with double bathroom and a beautiful terrace where you can dine and entertain yourself. Also in a short time you can reach beautiful cities to visit such as Monopoli, Polignano and Ostuni; in short, super strategic, super comfortable and highly recommended! Finally, Giulia is a kind and helpful host, she has accommodated our check-in and check-out needs and for that we thank you so much! We will definitely be back!

It was just like in the pictures , even bigger . Great for a beautiful stay in Bari . The host was was very communicative . Recommend it 100%.

Vincenzo’s place was perfect for our needs. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived and there were lots of cafes and restaurants etc very close by. The old town is only a short stroll away, as well as the train station. The rooftop terrace was very good for us as we were there for almost 2 weeks and it was a great option for us to relax. All in all a great place to stay and Vincenzo is very friendly, approachable and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Amazing and responsive and helpful host, wonderufl location in the heart of Bari, beautiful street and views, very well equipped kitchen with everything you could need to cook, very comfortable beds and all very clean and tidy. The best apartment I have ever stayed in! Thank you

The apartment is very clean, 15 minutes from the center on foot, a characteristic fruit market in the square, Caterina is very prompt in her responses, the mattresses and pillows are good. Definitely recommend .
