Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Contralmirante Villar Province

The stay in the blue house was very beautiful, we went with a large group of friends and from check-in it was perfect, they waited for us and upon arrival Mrs. Jackie gave us the entire tour of the house and she was put to orders... with respect to the house, very beautiful, the impeccable rooms and the appropriate pool, you can bring your food or even ask Mrs. Jackie to help you who made us an exquisite ceviche and seafaring rice and a very precious good... Highly recommended, we would definitely come back

We stayed at Casa gonzales aka Gabriel's house for a week. The house is at the end of the road that leads through punta sal. Punta sal itself is very quiet, there are about 3 restaurants and 4 shops which are 15 minutes walk from the house. If you don't want to buy that much, you can order a mototaxi which picks you up. For everything else you can also go to Cancas by Mototaxi, there are turtles, souvenirs and also beautiful beaches. The house itself is very tastefully decorated, clean and was definitely big enough for us 5 adults and 2 infants. The beach is right in front of the house and there is a large relatively enclosed terrace so our children could play outside alone without any problems. The waves on the beach were a bit high and it can be dangerous for swimming. For splashing and playing in the sand, everyone is very nice. And there are hardly any people there, maybe 5 people per hour coming by.

The house is beautiful and Marisol is an incredible person! She is always 100% attentive to all inquiries, is a super knowledgeable in the area and resolves all our orders . We can't enjoy our vacation as much without your help and all the activities have recommended us. Attention A1. I recommend 100% and return !!! The house is always clean and well maintained , one finds everything you need , as in the photos, if not better . The house is amazing and the care taker was very helpful. My family and I enjoyed our staying. It was paradise. I really recommend this house and for sure I will return.

This is a magical experience. Well worth the effort to get to Punta Sal. i didn't realize that the price includes a chef that makes two meals a day. There is also a caretaker that takes you around in a moto taxi to nearby markets. Everyone had fun. The best part is the mind-blowing beach and ocean views. You have a front row seat to one of the most pristine beaches that I have ever seen. The staff and host were responsive and friendly. I recommend thinking about what menu you want before you arrive so they can start planning your culinary experience. Pool was a winner and the beach is very swimmable (we are good swimmers). Excellent value. I would return.

It takes me an excellent experience with my family. We enjoyed an excellent vacation thanks to Stephanie and Edgar. The place is super amazing and very good waterfront location. There is access to everything, the apartment is 10/10 and the best part is that the beach practically had it for us. It's an experience that is definitely worth repeating again. Nice place just on the beach

The apartment is very comfortable, in reality the photos surpass reality, the apartment and its common areas are too beautiful. My family and I had a great time! The location is very strategic and you can breathe peace. The incredible sunsets and the super clean beach. Highly recommended!!

Excellent service from start to finish. If you're a family of 7, this apartment is excellent, air conditioning in the rooms, fully furnished, those details such as an iron and hair dryer, utensils, pots, blender, toaster, microwave, board games to play, etc., the spectacular balcony for the grills, the pool in excellent condition, the excellent beach, without rocks around like in other places, 100% recommended.

Casa Carmita is a charming place to stay. Its location is perfect, just minutes away from the beach and great restaurants. The facilities are comfortable and cozy. From the first moment, the host made us feel welcome, giving us friendly and attentive service from the reservation to the end of our visit. Definitely a highly recommended place for those looking for a pleasant experience :))

The place was excellent. There are no shops nearby, however they provide delivery numbers for shopping. In the accommodation there is a pantry with basic things to buy (coffee, drinks, snacks). There were no cleaning supplies in the bathrooms (soap or shampoo), the rest was excellent.

Excellent service, very nice place, nice facilities and with everything you need, we went with a baby and we had everything to cook. Great location, there are shops, markets, etc.

A very nice place to enjoy as a family, the apartment is spacious, comfortable and with all the amenities. I loved that the garden is in front of the pool that is temperate and the beach, in addition to having an area to make asados and to make a campfire in the evenings. It was an excellent choice to enjoy family vacations, as it comes with everything needed for a period of rest and disconnection. Quiet and very comfortable place, nearby beach, waters almost as warm as in the Caribbean. For Chilean tourists, like us, it is important to make the connection from Tumbes airport, Sky has good offers but they arrive at Piura airport, 4 hours away. It is very important to stock up before you arrive, in addition to having the information of shopping places from the first days for accessories. It is also a very good option to hire services to cook you typical food from Peru in the apartment itself. Carrying tired repellent and sunblock. Highly recommended place.
