When we arrive, we are captivated by the view from the terrace... The pool is also a real bonus, especially in these summer heat, with a convenient outdoor shower. The outdoor spaces are very spacious. The accommodation is very clean, the kitchen well equipped, comfortable bedding. And a warm welcome, thank you to Angelo who is very responsive, accommodating and attentive!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb right on the water. The property is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of six adults, with plenty of communal spaces to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Our host was very attentive and took care of every request we had. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat!

We had a delightful visit to the villa. 8 adults shared the space and enjoyed the accommodations. It is as advertised in the pictures. A wonderful rustic villa on a large working farm of olive trees and grapes, with a few sheep. Bed rooms and bath room were what we expected. We used the pool several days and it is large with spectacular views. We really had a great dinner with the chef Rosario provided and it was one of our most memorable nights. When we arrived there was a lovely basket with wine and olive oil from the working farm and a host of other goodies we used during the week. Rosario was very responsive and we had no notable issues. We used the washer throughout the week. She met us as we were arriving to help us find the property, as it was accessible in one direction off the main road, and she helped guide us up the narrow road to the villa. She also met us to checkout and it worked out well. I would certainly recommend the villa and Rosario.

A lovely week in a cozy and peaceful house. The view from the terrace is incredibly beautiful, and the place was also a good fit for the kids, as there was nice space around the house and toys that covered the need for our 3 grandchildren ( 3 to 8 years). The pool was nice and a little chilly ( the sun didn't heat that much). Only criticism is the height of the kitchen counter, and a lack of hot water on the first floor. But then we just bathed in one of the other bathrooms.

Anna and Sofia's apartment was really wonderful. It was very clean and we felt right at home. The many loving little things, such as the water, juice and beer in the fridge, cake and coffee as well as various utensils in the bathroom such as toothbrushes, soap, etc. as well as the games and puzzles have made the arrival and stay very pleasant. Our little daughter loved the bed! There were a lot of towels of all sizes. The location is perfect to get to the center of the city in a few minutes on foot... Anna had also made a lot of effort in advance to call various parking spaces and parking garages for us so that we could park nearby with our big car. Communication was prompt and clear at all times. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay with you! We recommend it 100%!

Fabrizio, was so helpful from the moment we booked. The place did not have a booking the day before so he happily allowed us to check in several hours early. Salvatore warmly welcomed us at the property and gave us a tour. Cathy then got in touch to ask if there was anything we needed and she was a great help with all the hundreds of questions I had about where to eat, how to get taxis, fun places to go in Palermo etc. The house and grounds are huge and every bedroom has its own en-suite. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and lots of towels provided. Kitchen was well appointed which allowed us to cook meals with ease and there was cute tablecloths so we could dress the table and make it feel special. During our stay an item was accidentally damaged and they were very understanding and we were able to sort it out. I really appreciated that. It really felt like a home and with the fantastic service and care I would not hesitate to recommend this place. Thank you!

Very spacious and modern apartment. The patio was a welcome addition. Private and secure parking. Walking distance to shopping and the bus stop that takes you to the old part of town (101). I would book again. The only thing to watch is that the water pressure is tremendous. so do not use full pressure when taking a shower or the next person will run out of hot water. Half flow is more than enough for a nice shower and will not use all the hot water tank.

Very welcoming host, to guide us a little , we had dinner in his restaurant which is very good and which I would recommend, Torrealta! Responds very quickly and well! Thanks to him for his speed and recommendation, it was great!
