Vacation rentals with breakfast in Contra Costa County

Beautiful simple place. With a nice back yard, although the back yard is not reachable in certain hours because there is a kids school in the first floor that use the patio twice a day. In the pictures it doesn’t show the amount of kids toys that are in the back area so it looks different but if you can past that then is a great patio. Not noice from the downstairs school, that was nice. They were very communicative and accommodating. This house is very well appointed as well.

This is a space I would be comfortable living in. So pleasant I could have stayed in all day, but it’s also easy to walk south to the shops and restaurants along 24th Street or north to Castro and Market Street. Easy access to public transportation. I’ll stay here whenever I visit San Francisco.

Host was very responsive even though out of country during our visit over Thanksgiving. Well stocked kitchen which we used extensively in preparing Thanksgiving meal. Nice outdoor courtyard with lovely trees. All three bedrooms very ample.

Heather‘s place is better than Photos will ever showcase. It’s immaculate, charming, and so many thoughtful little amenities that really make this a top-notch Airbnb. Really loved the snacks, the private patio, the air conditioning units in both areas, and the fact that has a private laundry. The shower was pristine, and the water pressure was good, this place was well insulated and warm, especially since it was a chilly, windy, winter evening. My dog was really enjoying the comfortable couch and blankets. I’m absolutely going to use this again, and cannot say enough about the attention to detail!

Lubia is responsive and attentive. The house is clean and well situated. I’d stay there again.

We are from China. Our family and one our friend's family had enjoyed our ten-day stay together in Sylvie's beatiful house last month. It is lovely and spacious. Kids loved to play at the courtyard while parents can watch them from the kitchen. The location is perfect, close to groceries, restaraunts and freeways. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Sylvie is very responsive and gave us a lot of advices and helps. Would love to stay here again next time when we come to Bay Area!

We had a blast staying at Adell's place. Responsive before, during, and after the course of our stay at her place. Amenities were as described. Internet was fast and stable - a must have for those who remotely work.

Priscilla was kind, helpful, and attentive. This is a nice, cozy space in a fun neighborhood. Plenty of coffee shops, bakeries, parks, restaurants, activities, and views within a short walk.

Brent’s place was absolutely perfect for us as we awaited our daughter’s discharge from the NICU. Brent went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of during our stay. His place is clean and well kept and close to all the necessities! Would definitely stay here again!

A lovely and cozy home with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds; very close to restaurants, stores and bars. The BART station is only a few mins on foot and we took the train several times to SF and back. Downtown Berkeley is very close to this neighborhood as well. Yolanda is a gracious host and very communicative. She was quick to help us out on several occasions. 3 of us stayed here for just over a week and we had a comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Oakland/Berkeley area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ruby‘s. The location is a perfect peaceful oasis that is conveniently placed within all sorts of places you might want to visit. The flat itself is cozy and artistically decorated. Very comfortable stay for two. The garden has a lovely selection of plants and art. Ruby herself was warm and inviting. An excellent experience all around.

What a wonderful week. Made the business meetings that much better because I had a great place to come back to. Thanks for the hospitality! Great location!!!!!

Location in SF was great - right in the heart of Chinatown! Hosts were very responsive and greeted us personally when we arrived. There were nice little perks throughout the unit like yoga mats and great conditioner. There's also a little roof with a great view. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, WiFi didn't work well around the whole unit so it was hard to co-work with a partner in the apartment, and might be tough for a long stay if you're cooking because some essential cooking utensils were missing (drying rack, cutting board, oven-safe dish, blender, etc.). Would stay again!

Richard is an amazing host. He was very responsive and helpful. He actually called us on check in day to ensure everything was good. We had one small concern and he rectified immediately. I would highly recommend this spot. Here are a few highlights… -More than adequate supply of towels and face cloths. -Comfortable bed. -Private access point -Well stocked with dishes, coffee pot, microwave, silverware, etc. -Sound physical condition. -Owner very attentive to customers need.

I had a fantastic stay at Emily's place. I was in the process of moving into the area, arriving from France, and it definitely felt like a home, cosy, warm, and, most importantly, meeting lovely people! I was even sad to leave. For more practical purposes, the house, room, and bathroom are clean and comfy. I recommend it without any doubt! Thanks again for everything Emily, and see you soon :)

Danna is a lovely host! She made delicious breakfast and also hosted house dinners, where she made a simple but delicious 3-course meal! The room is beautiful and has a stunning view. I also love the neighborhood. I had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Stay was excellent. Bryn and his staff were friendly and quick to respond. Property is quiet and very charming! Neighborhood is super quiet and safe. Looking forward to staying here on future visits to SF!

Rye was a great host (and Orwell was a very cute addition!). Their place was fantastic. The bathroom was nice and the shower had plenty of hot water, the bedroom was cozy, and it is a great location with lots of good restaurant options. They were very welcoming but also let me have my own space which I appreciated!

We are so pleased very chanced upon this wonderful, cozy property. It was very functional and well located. The hosts are great!! We will be sure to visit again.
