The house is beautiful and it still has board games It is very very very well-equipped and very well located. We were able to show our children how to take the metro and RER to visit Paris and of course Disneyland Celine is an exceptional person she answered us all the questions very quickly If we come back to Paris , we'll ask Celine if the house is available Thank you very much Celine for everything

The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

We had a beautiful stay. The property is a half hour drive from the airport and less than an hour from Paris. Paris is easy to reach with your own transportation, public transportation or Uber. In terms of accommodation, the pool + terrace is especially beautiful, well maintained and very private. You will have 0.0 from neighbors or passers-by. The welcome and help before and during the holiday by Maryse and Serge was good. They are very friendly and helpful, also they do not hesitate to try to speak English. They respond very quickly. The house is also very large and equipped with every comfort. The surroundings are quiet. It is situated in a small village. For those who love it; recommended!

Everything is perfect in Paulo's house. We where enjoying everything. It's rare to fall into such clean places. Very nice place, very well decorated, very good mattress. Really everything is perfect. In addition, we have parking space. The bakery is close by for breakfast. The place is very close to the RER station ( convenient to visit Paris) but is ultra quiet. A real slice of heaven. Ultra easy communication with Paulo. It's been a long time since we rented air B&Bs but it's by far one of the best. Thanks Paulo! We hope to be back someday!

Excellent stay, much more than we expected, especially for Elodie's attention. Always willing to help, far beyond what a host should. We had never had such excellent attention before. The apartment is just like the photos. Spacious, cute, and supremely clean. You feel better than at home. Elodie the best. We look forward to returning, we are definitely looking forward to staying longer.

Nice and well appointed house

Great find for the Olympics just outside of Paris. Short ride on the metro to get there. Nice region of Paris felt very safe walking back from the metro late at night and early morning. Didn’t spend much time at the house or use any of the facilities but perfect place to sleep in between seeing sports!!!

I stayed a few days and really loved it, the view from outside the room I don't get tired of it, the amazing terrace must be really nice in the summer, I surely think that when I come back to Paris I would take over this accommodation! And Martin is kind and available, would highly recommend! 🌟

Great little studio apartment with perfect transport links to the centre!

The apartment convinced us very much and we would be happy to move into this accommodation even for future stays in Paris. The communication with the host was extremely nice and straightforward. The apartment is in a quiet location, which, however, is not a problem to be quickly in the city center. The apartment has everything you need to live is super nice and extremely clean. I recommend everyone to choose this listing. Thanks for a great stay!!!

When our previously booked AirBnB fell through, Philippe came to our rescue, letting us book into a clean and tidy space (complete with a gift of chocolates!) with only a couple of hours' notice. We were extremely grateful, and the place was better than the pictures with a huge soaking tub, comfortable bed and pillows, easy distance to a metro line (unaffected by the Olympics planning), very quiet neighborhood, beautiful terrace, and a big kitchen with everything you need, including spices and a washer/dryer. The filtered water available through the fridge dispenser was a huge bonus for us. The space is lived in part-time, so it's not completely clutter free, but that didn't bother us because his cleaning service did a fantastic job on the kitchen, tub, shower, and linens. The only thing that might bother someone is that the terrace is smoker (tabacco) friendly; it's something to keep in mind if you have a sensitivity.

We stayed here for the view and to be able to sit outside and see the Eiffel Tower light up , perfect . I knew it was small in space and was fine with that but because we are on a big tour we had lots of suitcases so no room . That’s on us . Mr Francisco was lovely and very helpful . Very nice to kids . Area looks a little intimidating at first with high rises all around but I felt silly after that as it was lovely once we walked around . Everything worked fine . Bedding could be updated . Very small but that was clearly instructed and quickly forgotten about when having a wine outside looking over Paris .

Stayed in Franck’s home while he was away on vacation. It’s nice and feels like a home. Franck’s communication is stellar.

Great place away from all the tourists but close enough to get to all the sights of Paris by metro and bus. Plenty of good restaurants and small grocery stores in the neighbourhood. The apartment is quite spacious by Paris standards and has a large very well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and uncluttered and we felt very comfortable and slept very well in the large bed and quiet surroundings. Olivier was always quick to respond and always very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in amazing Paris.

We had a great stay at this apartment. We were here for Christmas and enjoyed having Christmas Eve dinner at the apartment. It was well set up for food preparation and the area has the most wonderful stores for buying the most delicious food! We loved the area, we felt very local and it was close to many train stations so easy to get anywhere in Paris quickly but you only need to leave the area to see the big touristy sights because the area is perfect for drinking/dining & shopping. The apartment was so spacious for a Paris apartment, it was the best we have ever stayed in and would stay there again in future. Alain and Eric were very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!

Déborah was a great host. The apartment was very clean and was in the perfect location for a trip to Disneyland. It was a five minute walk to the train station with one stop to Disney. It was also a 5-10 minute walk from a huge shopping centre with lots of amenities. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation booking again.

Judith and Cédric are the definition of super-hosts, highly responsive and you're unlikely to find a warmer welcome to Paris! Unfortunately my spoken french is no where near the level I wish it to be, however I was reassured to know that Judith and Cédric speak very good English and both had a great sense of humour to go with it. (Even when we managed to lock ourselves out!) The apartment itself was a joy to stay in, very clean with nice big windows throughout to let in good amounts of natural light and spacious. But most importantly it was very quiet and this couldn't have been a greater relief after 8-9hrs travelling by car from England, you wouldn't think you're in the central Paris! The local area is very walkable neighbourhood and you have a well stocked Carrefour at the end of the street for groceries. Also Canal St Martin is only a 5 minute walk away as well as a Metro station. All in all, a very delightful visit and would happily stay again!
