Nice apartment, good location, quiet area, excellent thermal insulation... it has everything, even tools if needed... the internet is fast. The building has a quincho on the roof with an additional cost per use, but it is understood that it is by cleaning (the grill was spotless). We definitely plan to come back. Thanks a lot

Apartment matches the photos, excellent location and very good view, steps from the coast, supermarket one block away. Although it is in a not very new building, the dpto is kept in good condition, the two bathrooms are beneficial, equipped with everything for 6 people, in addition to maintaining stoves to heat the dpto well, it has extra bedding for all the beds, Isabel is an excellent host, in addition to helping us with check-in, which helped us a lot.

very beautiful apartment, met our expectations well. everything according to the announcement, but as Valparaíso and a lot of morro, has to walk a little to get around the places. Finally, there is a lot of public transport nearby and a market right in front.

Amazing, quiet....to go with the family, we are 3, my 4-year-old son enjoys the place as much as we, spacious, the parking although it is outside they take care of it in concierge, the sector is residential and quiet (good sector), Fabiola the Cohost a "7", attentive and on the slope.

Lorena is very friendly. I set up linens and towels and white and very clean. Ideal if you are looking for accommodation for a long stay.

The host was very good with us and sent me all the necessary information with time. The only thing that is important to mention is that the depto is on a fifth floor and there is no elevator, so maybe it's a little complex for people with reduced mobility. There is everything in the kitchen and laundry, although there is no dryer (it's bad) but my clothes dried up in one day anyway. The place is private and secure.

Bonito dpto, met my expectations. The only negative is the noise of the barking of the dogs in the surrounding houses especially in the early morning and the roller curtain of the piece would change it for a dark one since the sun came in front at dawn, outside of that everything was fine. I would stay there again. :)
