House vacation rentals in Conception Bay South

Gordon was very helpful example we needed an iron as it was a business trip and he went out on short notice and purchased one for us. The house and property are beautiful. We had a perfect stay there and highly recommend.

Great place for a family reunion, lots of space to gather in the kitchen /dining area as well as excellent space to watch TV or chat/read quietly. Kids loved the pool. Thank you Jason. Though we didn't meet you in person, we knew that we could contact you if needed

The location close to MUN was convenient yet tucked out of the way enough to be fairly quiet. Brian met us at the house for check-in and was both friendly and helpful. The house is nicely appointed, comfortable, and clean. We would happily stay there again!

This is a great spot for people who are familiar with St. John’s or who are from out of town. It’s very walkable with great coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants very close by. It was comfortable and cozy. I love staying at places that have real plants! Thanks for making this sweet little spot pet friendly with a yard space. That can be hard to find downtown. Will def be staying again!

I've stayed in Karen and Shane's lovely home several times now, and as always, they were great hosts, responding very quickly and helpfully to any questions I had! Their house is so comfortable to stay in - very spacious, clean, nicely furnished and relaxing - and located in a very nice, quiet neighbourhood that's also close to amenities, beautiful Bowring Park, and just a short cab ride to downtown.

We stayed in this location twice over the Christmas holidays and it was wonderful both times. Nadina is a wonderful host and I highly recommend her place to travelers.

Tyrone was an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions I had. This place was very spacious with a unique blend of antique and modern decor and furniture. Tyrone explained that his place was very new to Airbnb and he was it the middle of Reno’s but the house was still clean & cozy. Thanks again Tyrone! Hope to visit again soon!

We all felt that our place was a 2 minute walk to Conception Bay. It was peaceful to sleep at night. A confortable place at a reasonable price. We had access to fridge and everything in the house. Newfoundland is a welcoming place and so inviting for tourists.

Second time staying here! Love this location and the home is so cute and clean. It's close to some great walking trails and downtown St.Johns! Great value. The hot tub area is the best! Hosts are very nice and responsive.

This is an ideal spot to stay when visiting Brigus. There were several places to eat, all within walking distance. The house was very well appointed with 2 bathrooms and 3 sizeable bedrooms. I can only image how beautiful it would be to stay here during the summer months, when one can make use of the wonderful balconies and the well designed outdoor space. I would highly recommend the Katherine House for your visit to historic Brigus.
