Everything was good, clean, organized, the only thing is the jacuzzi does not get hot, we tried everything. But jacuzzi is not the highlight of the trip, its peñol, so depends on what you want. But place is good and comfortable.

Excellent place, it has a beautiful view, and enough space to share very pleasant moments. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is in perfect condition. Its environment is adaptable for families but also friends without a problem. We loved it!!!

I chose this apartment on the first floor because I was traveling with someone who has difficulty climbing stairs, and it was a great decision. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Guatapé Park, making it easy to explore the area effortlessly. The tranquility of the sector is ideal for resting, and it also has the convenience of being able to park the vehicle right in front of the apartment. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay; the accommodation complies with what it promises and I highly recommend it without hesitation.

The place is very nice, oriented for a total rest and disconnecting from many things, I went with my family and I have no bad observations, the whole experience was great, only as a suggestion not to go at night, since only in one part it is somewhat difficult to climb the hill, and hopefully it's not raining, but from the host to the last person it was excellent experience and attention.

We were changed to a bigger apartment, so my opinion is just for the few minutes we were on this one. Place is clean and according to the photos. Location is good, is not in town but a 10 minutes walk from it.

Samuel’s place was absolutely breathtaking and the views were incredible. It matched the description perfectly and fit my family of 14. It was clean and the butler was very responsive to our needs. We enjoyed our time here.

This is a pretty nice place. It does NOT have hot water. Not even slightly warm water. Don't plan on using that big bathtub that you see unless you want a cold plunge (without the sauna). The lack of hot water matches the amenities at the bottom of the list if you look down far enough. I guess I just assumed with that many showers and a huge tub that there would be hot water. Also, the beds are very hard. Don't plan on sleeping on your side. The owner was very nice and had quick communication. Overall, it is pretty nice. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pretty nice view. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb if you don't mind cold showers and if you prefer firm mattresses. We ended up renting a different Airbnb halfway through.

Incredible place, wonderful scenery and spectacular house. The beds a little hard but I have no words to describe the place..a MARAVILLA. very kind Betty and Helena who welcomed us. In the rooms the perfume they put on was very rich but a little intense, it's just a detail... Definitely recommended.

Guatape is an amazing place to get away from the everyday routine. Lots of things do near the house and the surrounding areas. We were a big group with adults and teenagers and were always comfortable and taken care of. We had enough space to be on our own as well as getting together to have fun and for our meals. We had Claudia who is a gem cooking and cleaning for us every day. She is very kind and gentle, lover her. And the amazing Fernando alway willing to help and give us suggestions. And of course we had Wilson in the evenings taking care of the house and standing guard. We also hired the chef a few times and it was great.

100% recommended the estate is great, the view is spectacular, very comfortable and spacious. Everything is impeccable. The attention of don Orlando the host is too good is always pending since day 1, Rosa doña the chef of the kitchen has a delicious and very friendly season. We will return the only disagreement was that the jacuzzi could not be used. Otherwise 10/10 thank you very much.

Wonderful Stay at Stephen's Apartment! I recently stayed at Stephen's apartment in Medellín, and it was an incredible experience. The location is perfect—close to public transport and within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The apartment itself is stylish, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Stephen was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful with recommendations for local spots to check out. The views from the balcony were stunning, especially at sunset. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like fresh towels and a guidebook with tips for exploring the city. I highly recommend staying at Stephen's place if you're visiting Medellín. I can't wait to return!

Camilo's apartment was exactly as described. It was located in a safe area close to the supermarket and restaurants. The 24 hour security was nice especially since I arrived really late to the apartment. The bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms were nice and clean. The balcony was nice and spacious enough to enjoy morning coffee. The washer and dryer in the apartment was nice to have (I only used the dryer). The pool was very clean and the water was actually warm. This contributed immensely to my enjoyment. The apartment came with sufficient towels and extra toilet paper which is always nice. I also really loved that I was able to take hot showers. My only minor complaint is the stove only had two burners which made it a little challenging to prepare my meals. But otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and would come back if the apartment is available.

Our family had a wonderful time at Juan Carlos’ place! Everything was as advertised, we enjoy lovely en suite jacuzzi and comfortable beds. Great views and a very safe area, with a nice breakfast restaurant downstairs and plenty of options to eat within walking distance. Highly recommended!

An excellent apt matches the description, Mrs. Gloria is very kind, her daughter still gave us precise directions for metro trips and they were willing to help and give us an explanation of everything. Would stay here again without a doubt in this apto. Thank you very much

The place was better than the pictures. Great location if you want something to do at all times. Security was available at all times and were very hospitable.

My stay at this apartment was fantastic. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a nice view. The apartment was clean and tidy, with everything in operation. The residential complex has excellent amenities and is close to cafes and a supermarket, as well as a short hike to Sabaneta Park, where lots of restaurants and shops are sited. Melissa was in frequent contact from the reservation, and especially facilitating check-in since the flight was a little delayed. Highly recommended!
