The place is very nice, oriented for a total rest and disconnecting from many things, I went with my family and I have no bad observations, the whole experience was great, only as a suggestion not to go at night, since only in one part it is somewhat difficult to climb the hill, and hopefully it's not raining, but from the host to the last person it was excellent experience and attention.

We were changed to a bigger apartment, so my opinion is just for the few minutes we were on this one. Place is clean and according to the photos. Location is good, is not in town but a 10 minutes walk from it.

Great accommodation and great host, surely the best views and best room that can be found throughout the area. Of course, it is really far, you can only go by car and making a very steep hill, the rest is all spectacular

We all had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect. The home was spotless, in a serene location filled with beautiful flowers, plants, and greenery. Had an amazing view with the Rock of Peñol front and center. And had a butler that was there at all times to provide you with whatever you would need. Definitely recommend a stay a Samuel’s place whenever you are looking for a place in Guatapé

We loved our stay at De Verano's place. It was the perfect location for a serene vacation for our 12 member group. There was always some one who wasavailable to help us run errands. The assistants who came with the airbnb who helped with cooking and cleaning were also very helpful. They also helped us with some who took us to the town and brought us back. the property is in a pristine setting with breath taking views. We just loved it.

Yolanda was the absolute best, the place was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay. It’s as if she thought of everything possible that would make the stay even better. The location was perfect, so peaceful and relaxing. Yolanda was an outstanding host, always responsive and so kind. The little touches, like popcorn machine and also the kernels to make it, it was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience and would love to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a 5-star stay!

This is a pretty nice place. It does NOT have hot water. Not even slightly warm water. Don't plan on using that big bathtub that you see unless you want a cold plunge (without the sauna). The lack of hot water matches the amenities at the bottom of the list if you look down far enough. I guess I just assumed with that many showers and a huge tub that there would be hot water. Also, the beds are very hard. Don't plan on sleeping on your side. The owner was very nice and had quick communication. Overall, it is pretty nice. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pretty nice view. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb if you don't mind cold showers and if you prefer firm mattresses. We ended up renting a different Airbnb halfway through.

Incredible place, wonderful scenery and spectacular house. The beds a little hard but I have no words to describe the place..a MARAVILLA. very kind Betty and Helena who welcomed us. In the rooms the perfume they put on was very rich but a little intense, it's just a detail... Definitely recommended.

THE MOST AMAZING PLACE TO STAY IN MEDELLIN!! Security 24/7, beautiful and peaceful place, nice kitchen! And super clean bathrooms It’s worth every single penny!

Perfect for two couples. A plus is that it is adjacent to a hotel - was able to book a Guatape tours and use restaurant/bar. Apartment had everything needed - didn't have to buy water, as it also had a water filtered water dispenser. Didn't have a need to contact host often, but when we did, he responded right away. Close to main street and a quick cheap taxi to Provenza. A little over a mile to walk to metro station - there are two metro stations A line - Aguacatala and El Poblado. Apartment did look a little smaller than pictures, and we thought it had two balconies. There is only one. Plenty of hot water, however, you need to manipulate, the faucet, as it is either extremely hot or extremely cold - just prepare for it. Lastly, the apartment is situated on a hill, so if you plan on walking around, just know that you will have a steep hill to get back from main road - may want to take a cheap taxi back. Would definitely consider staying again.

An excellent apt matches the description, Mrs. Gloria is very kind, her daughter still gave us precise directions for metro trips and they were willing to help and give us an explanation of everything. Would stay here again without a doubt in this apto. Thank you very much

The place was better than the pictures. Great location if you want something to do at all times. Security was available at all times and were very hospitable.

I really enjoyed staying at the apartment. The location was safe and convenient to restaurants and stores. The apartment was clean and well organized. Carolina was very quick and efficient in terms of communication. I would definitely stay there again!

This Airbnb was so worth it! We wanted a more peaceful stay without being too far from the parque Sabaneta and that’s exactly what we found in this Airbnb. The walk can be a challenging since it is on hills. But we don’t mind that. Although the cafe at the restaurant was not open during our stay, we did find this amazing cafe down the road called Ozzy. The apartment was clean and Melissa was very welcoming and helpful. She responded quickly to any questions.
