Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Concepción

Relaxing place, very clean and tidy, in a quiet area, beautiful and close to universities, mall and airport. There is locomotion from there to Concepción, although it is also pleasant for walking. Pedro and Rosa are excellent people.

We really liked the accommodation, for the privacy, the services offered and above all the good willingness of the host to give us many recommendations and information in our doubts.

An exelente porente house where you look at it, the location and the views very nice. The comforts and wifi of the house are the extra point for people who work remotely. I recommend it without hesitation.

Nancy and Eduardo are very kind, as are Max, Tou Tou and Tiki! The house is always clean and tidy. Nearby markets, walking distance to the city's bus station, the University of BioBio, the Universidad de Concepción, the city center and bohemian neighborhood around Praça Peru. For those who like time outdoors, the campus of the Universidad de Concepción, the Equador park (where the Caracol enclosure is) and the campus of the University of BioBio (which is becoming an urban park) are great options, and all with walking access for those who can walk about 10 to 15 minutes, and also with access to bike lanes or quiet streets to pedal. Bus stops on the door, if you like, with lines to the entire city. Less than 15 minutes by car (Uber...) from the airport. Anyway, I recommend it!

I stayed here to visit Concepcion and attend the temple up the road. The property was just what I needed; it was clean, safe, and private. Arabella showed me where to park my rental vehicle so that it would be most likely to be left undisturbed. And when my travel plans changed and I didn't get into town until 2:00 am, she stayed up that late to let me in. She even brought me fresh peaches and cherries as a surprise, and offered to make me Chilean porotos before I left. My only warning would be that trains audibly run near the property; they didn't bother me much but light sleepers might be disturbed. Overall, I was pleased by the stay and I would come back again.
