I would like to point out that the pool is only accessible to the tenants of the villa (four people) and that you will not share it with other residents. Come and recharge your batteries in this charming villa and relax in the private pool with shelter and relax on the large wooden terrace while sipping a drink. Prepare delicious meals in the large fitted and equipped kitchen. When returning from the beach, enjoy the hydromassage shower while waiting to enjoy a good barbecue.

Wow. Just wow. Beautiful grounds and house. Completely equipped rental. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and equipment beyond any other rental we have stayed in. It can easily host at least 10 people so our party of 3 was very well accommodated. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms well appointed. There was an actual laundry room!! It was perfect! Highly recommend this property. Easy to get to excellent restaurants and other towns. The road to the house was a bit narrow for our giant SUV but we still figured it out. The host was so lovely and helped us make local dining reservations for my mom’s birthday! So responsive and helpful! If we are back in this area, we will definitely stay here! 10 out of 10 recommend!

We were there for the weekend with friends with small children, everything is thought to feel at home, the outdoor terrace and garden are very nice for these first rays of April sunshine! it was great, our only regret not being able to stay longer! Very responsive host and the situation is just great, we were able to walk down to the beach, children's games, supermarket and restaurant! In short, we'll be back!

This place is very special. Quiet, spacious and relaxing. The surrounding nature is spectacular and we enjoyed the unspoiled beach. Fresh fish and seafood is easily available and the house is well equipped for cooking nice sunset dinners in the garden. Chantal and Marc are super friendly and engaged hosts. Highly recommended.

Good location for nice walks, clean made and comfortable beds, quality toilet linens, quite suitable house equipment (it was just missing a raclette machine😅) and maybe some more "modern" board games. Very pleasant little stay with friends.

Marie-Helene’s beautiful house is situated in a quiet area close to the beach and approximately ten minute’s walk to the local port of Loctudy. The surrounding little beaches and rocky coves are a perfect pathway in low-tide to explore the local areas. The port of Lesconil is a lovely spot to sit and have a drink whilst looking out over the pretty marina. Of particular note is Pointe De La Torche, a historical and stunningly long beautiful beach popular for surfers. The market town of Pont L-Abbe is a 20 minute drive away. Marie-Helene is what I would describe as a very generous host. The stylish and uncluttered home is immaculate with a well stocked kitchen and just about everything you could need ! The beds are extremely comfortable. Marie-Helene is a very friendly, helpful, welcoming and communicative host. She went out of her way to accommodate us and made us feel completely at home. This is definitely a 5 star highly recommended experience!
