The apartment is exactly as seen in the pictures. We hired the service of the cleaner for the days we spent there and it was very helpful. She was very thoughtful, as well as the host, who helped us with everything we needed. The region is great. My friends and I will definitely be back!

This was my second stay at Marie's beautiful place. Her friendliness and kindness are outstanding. The place welcomed me just as it did the first time. It felt like home, literally. The location is unbeatable. It is so convenient yet quiet & private. The security level of the building is also great. This is the place I keep wanting to come back.

Our group - 10 people - stayed at Casa Bill in January/2025, the place accommodated our group well. The house was impeccable (cleaning, organization), everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and with facilities close to the house (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants). The hosts were super present and quick in all communication with us. Near the date of our check-in, they sent us the information and arrangements about the house (all very organized), as well as important and cool tips about Buenos Aires. It was a great experience!

Spacious and charming house with comfortable location close to bus and metro. We were two families with children who enjoyed many bedrooms, two living rooms and several outdoor areas. The host was helpful in answering questions before arrival, and service minded to arrange things during the stay. Before with a code lock worked very well - nice to drop keys!

Really enjoyed my stay in this cozy studio in Boedo. The place was bright, clean, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable. Great location too—just a few blocks from restaurants, shops, and easy access to public transport. The hosts were super kind and always responsive whenever I had a question. Thanks again Barbara and tram, I would happily stay here again next time I’m in Buenos Aires.

I loved this apartment! The landlords are very friendly and quick to respond. The location is great, very safe, quiet (weekends are a little noisy, like that everywhere in town), and simple to navigate on mass transit. About 15 minutes from the metro (red line) maybe 20 to the blue line. Buses are very close. Convenience store next door, 3 big grocery stores 1.5, 2, 3 blocks away. Many restaurants very close by. A big enough place for two, I was alone and it was luxurious. Seems like unlimited hot water, nice rain shower, great fluffy towels. I didn’t cook but I glanced at the kitchen, looks functional. Kettle, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, Nescafé pod coffee maker, blender. Relatively comfortable foam bed. The washer was easy to use, nice iron and board, big clothes storage. The internet was fast enough (80 down, 30 up). Giant outside patio. There’s a pool on the roof, I didn’t go in. I recommend!

Stayed for 2 months. Javier's apartment, although a single room, provides everything one needs, whether for a stay of a few days or for more. It is very modern and contemporary. It is located in a very good neighborhood, with many shops, supermarkets, etc. The metro is very close, as are the bus stops. Also, near the apartment, there is an excellent park, Parque Centenario. Javier is very helpful and willing to help wherever needed. He answers any question immediately.

From the beginning, Celina was very kind and flexible, allowing check-in to be done before 3 p.m. even though there was a checkout that same day. The house is beautiful and spacious and was very clean and organized. The beds are comfortable and the shower is very warm and with good pressure. The location is great and the WiFi worked very well. Our only considerations are the fact that there is no microwave in the house (which was not promised in the listing, but would have made our experience much easier since we brought a lot of leftovers from restaurants) and the fact that the bath towels smelled a little off. Overall, the price is very fair for everything that is offered and I would definitely stay here again!

The house is very comfortable and cozy. My family and I were a group of 7 people and we spent some wonderful days in this house . It is an old house which is super amazing experience , very spacious, well preserved and equipped. The house is clean and super spacious. It has an excellent location close to public transportation and places to buy what you need and It is located in a safe and quiet area. Best of all, Michael's prompt and efficient response to all our questions and requests. He is definitely a super host. I 100% recommend his place and would definitely book with him again. My family and I had a wonderful time at this property.
