Vacation rentals with a balcony in Madrid

Amazing apartment. Beautiful and very very comfy. It has everything you need and more.

Estefania was extremely engaged on our questions. we felt cold for few days and she arranged maintenance staff as well as leaving space heaters for us to accommodate. apartment is in extremely central location in Madrid. almost all activities were within 5-10 minutes walking distance. only negative was that outside was always loud with folks drinking and shouting. this usually continues until 3am almost everyday. if you are a light sleeper (we weren't), you may be concerned.

Clara was a fanastic host. She was flexible in accommodating our luggage since we arrived very early. She was full of tips, information and suggestions. She arranged a cab for us to the airport since we were leaving super early. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. She provided wine, water, all the amenities! I strongly recommend her listing and thank her for a wonderful visit.

A gem of a place! Whereas a lot of Airbnbs these days feel impersonal and thrown together by institutional investors, this is a place with actual character and a human touch. Besides being stunning, it’s very conveniently located to explore Madrid on foot. There’s so many great sights and restaurants around! Javier himself was incredible. He went out of his way to help us when we needed anything and got us reservations at some of the best restaurants we’ve ever tried. Absolutely recommended!

Ana is a cheerful lovely host who gave us great recommendations and was responsive and speaks English beautifully. The apartment is on the second floor of a busy old part of Madrid, lively and lovely. Botin the very famous restaurant is right nearby as is many other cool places and the San Miguel market. Great pubs and shops - espadrilles and art supplies- all within meters. Easy to walk everywhere, and get taxis. Literally steps from the plaza mayor. Can be lively at night so we put on white noise and we’re fine.

Had a lovely time at Hila’s place. It is squeaky clean which is always such a relief. I had a heavy luggage but since the unit was on the 2nd level it was super easy to get up. I am so grateful for the care prior to check in when my flight was delayed. I got in quite late and the host was very helpful and accommodating. I was also given very clear instructions on how to use everything from the washer, to the fridge to the AC. The neighborhood felt very safe to walk around in at night. I could go on and on. Highly recommend a stay here.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It had everything we needed for light cooking, extra paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, and even a variety of tea and enough nespresso pods for a few morning coffees. we loved the little balconies overlooking the street. the area can't be beat, full of restaurants and tapas bars, a lively plaza nearby, and walkable to everything and everywhere in madrid. alvaro was immediately responsive to our questions and sent clear instructions for checkin. he even arranged for our taxi to the airport. checkin was a breeze. we loved the place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again should we return to madrid.
