A beautiful place to stay. Waking up in the morning and looking across the lake is magical, it is all so peaceful. When you are out walking the others in the community always have a smile and a hello for you. As for the home itself - extremely comfortable. The first thing I always worry about are beds - these beds are top notch - firm but soft and so comfortable. The two bathrooms with showers was a blessing for the three of us staying. The open concept is very spacious. My husband used the bicycle every day and loved it. I contacted Fraenk a couple of times about little things (garbage day etc) and he always responded very quickly. I don't know many other houses you can rent that are really a home away from home.

This Airbnb was everything you’re looking for in Suriname. It was perfect walking distance to the downtown/tourist area while still feeling private and quiet. Our host greeted us and gave us a bunch of recommendations. He also sent us a bunch of companies that would take us to the next country. There are lots of markets surrounding the house as well as a variety of restaurants. The AC worked great in all the rooms. And it was clean and super spacious. Would highly recommend! Friendly heads up to any guest visiting Suriname, make sure you have cash because ATM’s are accepted hardly anywhere.

I've booked Kronos Apartments several times. The accommodations are always impeccable, Henry is very attentive and available. A few restaurants and amenities are within walking distance and downtown is a short taxi ride away.

Nice secure apartment with all the modern appliances. aircond worked great, spacious and comfortable bed. Jeroen provided some welcome treats which were a nice touch. Relaxed professional host who allowed a late checkout that really helped my travel itinerary. All with 20mins walk to the old town. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Staying at Rachel's was amazing I was pleased with the place the host was very helpful, friendly and helpful.... I would recommend staying here and I would be staying again Places are very close by too and public transportation or taxi accessible. I love it there I didn't want to leave ❤

We loved our stay at Jack’s. The artfully crafted hut is immersed in nature with a beautifully landscaped garden that attracts wildlife. We were provided with facilities to cook a simple meal. Jack loaned us bikes so that we could explore the area, including Domburg, 2.5km away, where locals gather on a Sunday and connect with sailors who stop there for a few days. It’s a lovely place to enjoy the breeze from the river. The porch at Jack’s is large and perfect to sway in hammocks and wind down while bird watching. Visits from Jack’s friendly pets were always welcome. Thanks for making our stay so great Jack. We can’t recommend the place enough
