The place is located on the beach, just a short walk from the sea. It is finely renovated, I would say almost new, equipped with everything you need for your stay; Mrs. Salvina and Mr. Corrado welcome you as a family person and make you feel at home, making yourself available for any need. I definitely recommend the stay to visit Noto and its surroundings. Highly recommended!

All very good. The house is awesome to have a nice time. A lot of turnaround. Very good for children. I liked the large outdoor kitchen the most. The proximity to Fonte Biance beach is also brilliant. All in all, you can spend perfect holidays in this house.

Spacious garden with cute cats and big terrace. Close to the sea, 10 min by bike. Good and fast communication with host, Salvatore is very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Sebastiano met me and saved me a parking space just around the corner from the apartment. The apartment decor is amazing, loved it! Would definitely recommend! Being right in Ortigia was great! Loved walking the cobblestone paths the first day and the second day, took the Hop on Hop off bus to see a bit more!

Staying at Tonino's was a great experience! We were warmly greeted and guided through the property, and during our stay we got recommendations for nearby experiences from the owner. Beautiful views from the deck, clean pool, mountainous terrain, peace and quiet — what more could you want? In addition, close to the Cava Grande Reserve, which surprised us positively with its glory. We recommend getting good shoes and going there for the day. All in all, we were happy to spend our vacation in Villa Vitosa, using the on-site amenities and equipped kitchen, where we prepared meals with fresh, Italian produce. It was clean, the air conditioning didn't disappoint, and in our spare time we used inflated pool accessories (wheel, mattress). We recommend this place to anyone who needs a restorative rest in beautiful Sicily! :)

This location is wonderful! It is steps from the ocean, on a private, rocky beach. Alessandra and her family are wonderful and so helpful. They made several excellent suggestions of what to do and restaurants to visit. The house has everything you may need and is well equipped. They had all sorts of wonderful things for us on arrival. You don’t want to pass up on this beautiful place!

The apartment is a lovely conversion with lots of interesting and attractive features set in a peaceful rural location. Danila and Massimo are excellent hosts who made me feel welcome and were very helpful with my travels. Highly recommended.

Stay here! This place was a perfect home away from home for my family! The apartment was even nicer than pictured and I could have stayed for weeks. The kitchen and living area were more spacious and well-equipped than I had imaged. The patio upstairs was so serene and lovely as well. In our party there were several folks in their 70s, a small child, and a pregnant woman, so we were slightly worried about the stairs but they were not a problem for us.

Our hosts went above and beyond throughout our whole stay. They were always on hand to offer suggestions or help us out if needed. Waking up to that view of the coast was incredible. We will miss this most! The location was excellent, with amazing restaurants in Marzamemi, and a beautiful sandy coastline. We will definitely return!

Our stay at the apartment was wonderful, location is super good and the swimming spot across the street was perfect for a morning dip! We traveled with a 2 year old and she absolutely loved the friendly cats and sleeping was made easy with an extra mattress on the floor. Marchello Veras friend was super helpfull with check in and recommendations for restaurants and beaches near by! (Fontane Bianche is nice and kids friendly and not very busy in mid Septemper) Hope to return one day!

We had a wonderful stay at Roberta's apartment. The location is ideal, the view breathtaking and has made our view memorable. The apartment itself was superbly equipped. The kitchen left nothing to be desired (strainer!) and the furnishings were modern and tasteful. Everything was clean and well maintained so we immediately felt right at home. We particularly liked the comfortable mattresses, which have ensured a good night's sleep. The communication with Roberta and Raffaele was great too! Their tips made our stay perfect.

One of the best places we have been.. The villa is super cozy and you feel right at home! Also, Federico is a great host, he was always responsive and helpful, and gave us useful recommendations on the dining and things to do in the area. Thank you for the amazing experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Sabrina’s lovely, comfortable house with its green, spacious garden. It was really decorated with love and attention and we felt incredibly at home. Simply a wonderful holiday house. We were there in low season so the surroundings were quiet. Something we liked but meant we had to take the car if we wanted to go out for dinner. Lovely stay, highly recommended!

Wow!!!! Our three families (11 people aged from 2 yrs to 77 yrs) spent 14 wonderful days in August at Villa CH. To say that the properties are wonderful hardly does them justice! We have all stayed in many luxury villas in Europe and Franz’s home was by far the best we have been to. The villas were very well equipped, spotlessly clean and the air conditioning & water supply superb. The outside areas were amazing! The teenagers loved the pool table and ping pong table and the whole family spent many hours enjoying the wonderful, clean and huge pool. The many pool ‘toys’ and Sonos speakers in the pool area made every day feel like a party! We were also lucky enough to have a daily visit from Georgio , who very discreetly maintained the pool & grounds and nothing was ever too much trouble anytime we needed any help with anything. We can’t not mention the delight of the two resident dogs, Leo & Lucky. They were constant companions and made us feel really at home. We will be back x

One word describes our stay. Perfect! Irina was very helpful and easy to contact, the house was clean and had everything we wanted. The location has a lovely beach when you are bored of the swimming pool. There are good restaurants in the village and you are only a 25 minute drive to Syracuse. We had a car and visited other towns and places nearby but mainly stayed relaxing by the pool and beach. Thank you Irina for making our holiday special!

This is an amazing place! Really authentic and stylish with a huge outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The location is great and very close to a national park with great beaches.

An excellent apartment in a quiet secluded area if Augusta. inside was spotless and we'll arranged. Good bathroom and shower. only slight downside is the WiFi signal that barely extends beyond the living area so zero reception in the 3 bedrooms. Property is secure. Lovely pool.and separate outside bathroom. Area is quiet (apart from the barking dogs) but not much ti explore on the doorstep.

We had a truly fantastic time during our stay in Marzamemi, loved the villa, the town and the late autumn weather. Accommodation, food and ice cream ( in town ) were all 5 star!! Thank you

Stunning villa, spacius inside and outside, huge porch with comfortable sofa and tv, private pool with deckchairs for sunbathing. Walking distance to the beach, a short drive to the shop. Perfect fit for 6 people, with lots of kitchen amenities and various glasses to enjoy wine or other sicilian spirits and delicacies.
