Villa vacation rentals in Combaillaux

We were excited to come to the Villa at Sardan, and it didn’t disappoint. We enjoyed a lovely stay in a modern and spacious villa with a fantastic pool area and every amenity we could need. The house itself is pristine. Beautifully proportioned and indeed built by the owner himself. Clean and well appointed; you’d do well to find something of this class at this price anywhere in the world. Younes, as a host, was everything you could wish for. So friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming, and at pains to offer his advice and insight whenever needed. The location is peaceful and private with no intrusive neighbors or noises. This was a great stay, made even greater by the fact that we booked it last minute - but ended up with an absolute diamond of a place to exist for the week. Thank you Younes. Big love to Ghost!

Carole's house is very comfortable and spacious ( more than in the photos!). It's new which makes the experience all the more enjoyable. Air-conditioned (cladding so silent), plenty of storage, mostly new furniture. Impeccable cleanliness. Responsive and cordial host. The exteriors are highlighted, however we deplore the small opposite (it would be missing just 1.50 m of breeze seen) with the owners' terrace from the pool... The pool is perfectly entrenched and of sufficient size to have fun and cool off. Quiet environment, close to a forest, with the exception of sound disturbances by terraced houses under construction when you are outside. As for the situation, take into account rurality and the fact that you have to drive 15 minutes before finding a supermarket, a bakery. However, Vendemian remains central for visiting the cities or the hinterland. Thank you for a great vacation 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We had a great time. Extremely clean house, very well equipped, as described. In a very quiet cul-de-sac and close to highways. Note the Aldi at 400 m allowing you to run errands quickly. We were able to enjoy the pool for a very hot week. The air-conditioned house is a real asset. The small touches upon arrival touched us. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time at Stéphane's home. Everything was perfect, the house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The outdoor kitchen area is a real plus, ideal for feeling fully on vacation while cooking outside. Stéphane was extremely accommodating and available throughout our stay, advising us on many activities to do in the area, taking into account our 15-month-old baby. The house is also very well located, with the sea only 20 minutes away, and destinations like Montpellier, Palavas, Le Grau-du-Roi, and La Grande Motte nearby, making it an ideal base from which to explore the area. On top of all that, outdoor amenities are a real asset. The pool and hot tub are 24 hours a day. Thanks again to Stéphane for his attentive welcome and special mention for his partner who was adorable! We strongly recommend their place for a successful stay!

Great stay at a lovely villa

We stayed in the house for two weeks at the end of July, the villa was spotless and exactly as described with every amenity you could want. The outside area was a particular highlight with a full outdoor kitchen, seating areas, and a great pool with a separate relaxation pool that we used all the time. There was plenty of both sun and shade on the terrace throughout the day. The villa is in a quiet location and not overlooked, we found it to be really relaxing and peaceful. The village is a short walk away with regular market and small shops and bars, and a supermarket is a five minute drive away. Géraldine and Laurent were fantastic hosts who met us on arrival and gave us plenty of great local recommendations. We did not need to contact them during the stay but always felt we could if we needed to. We had a wonderful two weeks in the villa, and hope to return again soon.

Family stay in a very pleasant house to live in with beautiful well thought out outdoor spaces: beautiful pool, terrace to live outside in a quiet area and close to the center of Perols which is a lively little town. Friendly and attentive welcome from the owner who did everything to make us feel good …We were 7 and the house is sufficiently spacious and well equipped … in short… a pleasant stay and nice holiday memories…A big thank you to Guilhem .

Beautiful and large house with all modern comforts. Large garden with pool that we were unfortunately not able to enjoy during our family stay in the New Year... On the other hand, the house was very well heated. The owners gave us a very good welcome and gave us appreciable flexibility on schedules. I recommend...

We were allowed to enjoy wonderful days in the warmly furnished house of Veronique with our 2 children (9 & 10 years), were welcomed with great warmth and through the great tips of Veronique and Laurent we reached beautiful beaches! Even during the holidays, Veronique was always committed to our well-being and always available, even when our son was sick for a short time! Thanks for the great holidays at your place!

A fantastic home for a family holiday in Montpellier. Bertrand's house is conveniently located only a 5 minute drive from beautiful beaches and also walking distance to the tram line straight into Montpellier. The house itself has everything you will need. We were a family of 8 Adults, 3 children and 2 babies and the house was fully equipped with everything required for all of us. The bedrooms are all spacious, with comfortable beds, and the house is modern and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook big family meals/bbqs. The garden area was secure for the young children and the pool area was brilliant. A perfect house for a family holiday/get together. The only small fault I could mention is the towels did not smell fresh, however this could be easily resolved with new replacement towels therefore is a minor issue. I will highly recommend Bertrand's house to other families, and would happily return myself with my family in the future. Thank you very much Bertrand.

Nice home with great view

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It has been furnished to a very high standard inside and out and has all the amenities and sitting areas that you could possibly need. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed playing boule. The hosts Andrei and Anne-Sophie are very pro-active with clear instructions on the house and recommendations on restaurants and local attractions. The person who checked us in and out was very welcoming, responsive and flexible on check-in/out times. Thank you!

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

Great private villa across from the ocean. Beautifully designed home and amenities - from kitchen cabinets to door hardware. An architect’s home. Very automated home system and high end everything. Only downside is that you have to drive everywhere except the ocean. No restaurants, shops, or town in walking distance. We didn’t mind though because the house was gorgeous and peaceful.

Lala’s villa was absolutely wonderful! We visited as 2 families (4 adults, 4 children) and we all had a wonderful stay! The villa is really well located, within easy reach of supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and local attractions within a short drive, but it feels secluded and private when you’re inside the grounds. The house is really comfortable, nicely decorated and with large rooms, all with their own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is really well stocked with an outdoor grill to cook on too. The pool, football pitch and grounds has loads of space for the kids to play in, plus lots of children’s toys and games inside. We could easily spent more than a week here!

Super villa in a quiet location, very clean and tidy inside with everything we needed. Really enjoyed having the pool to ourselves, and we will definitely be back !

Well-equipped house for a quiet and well-located holiday to visit the region and see different landscapes (Cirque de Mourèze, Sète, Montpellier...). Quiet environment and shops nearby. Very nice outdoor space with private pool. We will be happy to come back

Very accessible host, it's nice to have someone friendly, understanding and knowledgeable with questions about the accommodation. The place is very peaceful, very quiet, perfect to meet during family parties (the living space is very warm and the kitchen is very functional). In summer, it must be amazing to be able to enjoy the swimming pool and large, well-appointed outdoor space. The place is fully enclosed with gates, you can let a dog walk without worries. I highly recommend it, and would definitely go back when I come back to this area

Christelle is a kind, caring and responsive host. We had a great vacation in his lovely home. Our son's shaded garden and pool made our son happy. Just like the cats and the rabbit living outside that we had the pleasure of feeding during our stay. We particularly appreciated: the location of the house that allowed us to shine in the area, varying activities every day, and the fact that the house is air-conditioned given the summer heat.

Stephanie and Erwin were friendly, helpful, and always there if we needed to ask a question. Their response times were fantastic. The village is amazingly quiet, with walks within metres of the house. The shop, pizzeria and Thai restaurant are amazing extras for such a small village. The hills were testing, but we did it!
