Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Comacchio

I would say great, too bad there are only 5 Stars available. It's the best apartment I've stayed in. Very clean, welcoming, stylishly furnished, impeccable amenities. Also in a quiet, evocative area and 5 minutes from downtown. Well-served by shops, including the Despar supermarket, while Coop and Conad are a 10-minute walk away, as well as pizzerias, restaurants, and pubs. Coming back

Ilenia’s apartment is a gem of a spot steps away from everything we wanted to see in Bologna. It was an easy walk from the train station (even with rolling bags) and on a quiet little street, but super close to the center of the city. The beds were comfy and she had little treats waiting. It just felt warm and inviting. Just outside the door there’s a new little coffee / bar for morning coffee and aperitivo. She was so responsive, communicative, and kind. It was the perfect spot to discover Bologna! Grazie mille, Ilenia!

Extremely friendly host, very clean apartment, suitable for our employees who travel for work and also need a comfortable but quiet area. Great spaces and very well-equipped. Great location for getting around and easy to get to. We recommend both work and vacations. Very courteous.

Spotless clean. Two bathrooms is wonderful. Feels spacious and a huge advantage to be able to do a load of laundry in the unit.

We had a fantastic time. Barbara could not have been more helpful, pointing us in the direction of the nearest supermarket when our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected. Bologna is beautiful and, for somewhere so central, this was very quiet and private. 15-20 minute walk to the rail station (you really don't need a car) and 5 minutes from the main attractions. We'd love to come back.

Excellent location in the heart of Chioggia. The town is lively and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a walkable area as well. Jolena was responsive and helpful. A great host!

I had a wonderful stay here. Marilena is so nice and was very responsive to any and all of my questions. She provided me with local recommendations and even called ahead to make reservations for me! The house was very clean and located in a very rural area. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay off the beaten path. If you are looking for a place to use as an ideal base to explore the region, I’d look no further. The house is excellently located, tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and with the sort of tranquility and surroundings you’d wish for after a day out visiting the various cities and borghi of Emilia Romagna. It is very well equipped too. Federica is a fantastic host who was very communicative and helpful in every way. In all aspects, this place is highly recommendable.

Had a lovely weekend stay at Alice’s place in Chioggia! The flat was exactly like the pictures and the area is truly beautiful! Has the charm of Venice with all the canals and boats but in a more intimate setting without the hoards of tourists! Overall a wonderful experience and many thanks to Alice for her responsiveness, recommendations and help attempting to navigate the bus system!! Highly recommend!

Cristina is really helpful and polite. She suggested how to get around Bologna and did not fail to answer the questions we had regarding the apartment and area. Apartment with excellent cleanliness. Spacious and quiet. Perfect for 2/3 people, but even in 4 you are comfortable. Convenient if you are driving since you can easily find parking in the unpaid area. When I return to Bologna I will definitely call Cristina 😊

Antonio is a great host that is very responsive and accommodating! He greeted us personally and thoroughly explained the workarounds of the unit, while also giving us great list of restaurant recommendations. It had everything we needed from a washer to dryer, working internet and tv. The Airbnb was within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

Sergio and his wife were extremely helpful and responsive with all of our needs and communication is excellent! This is the second time I’ve stayed here in Bologna and will definitely return here next time as well. Great apartment for 1-2 people and has all the things I need most (kitchen, washer/dryer, large wardrobe, great location) to make my stays feel like home away from home!

We stayed four days in this apartment and had a great time. We had a small problem with the hot water, but when I told Claudio after 10 minutes he came and immediately resolved it. Recommended.
