Madison's little getaway place right on the edge of the water was perfect in every way. It was quiet, clean, cozy and generously stocked with tea, coffee and equipment for cooking in the kitchen and on the grill outside. We absolutely loved spending five days here, exploring and driving around the entirety of Clearlake for the first time, and coming back to a place we could call home and sit in the hot tub as the sun set. Madison's recommendations - including the Saw Shop, Kelsey Creek Brewery, Mercantile and Chacewater Winery and Olive Mill - were all spot on. We highly recommend Chacewater for their olive tasting, finished with a small portion of vanilla ice cream drizzled with blood orange olive oil. It's only a 10 minute drive from Madison's place in Soda Bay and well worth the short drive. It's also close to a number of lovely nature areas, including Anderson Marsh State Park and Boggs Lake Preserve. We'll be back to visit here soon!

Janelle’s place was wonderful! The views were amazing and peaceful. My family and I would definitely stay here again! The view from the deck was as pictured and sitting out, looking out at the stars was an experience. We were comfortable during our stay and the beds were clean and comfy. I would definitely recommend this place!

Elizabeth's Airbnb house was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with recreational amenities. Although the location did not offer many nearby activities, it provided ample entertainment for families or groups of friends to enjoy their time within the Airbnb itself. The heater and air conditioning were in excellent working condition, and the firepit was easy to use. While the lake’s water did not appear very clear, making it uncertain if swimming was advisable, and the house seemed slightly tilted towards the lake, this did not affect the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, considering the price and location, it was a satisfying experience.

Joanne is awesome, we had a great stay! The cabins are super friendly, my pup appreciated the treats he got. My son loved the pool. The place was clean and comfortable.

Tini’s place is absolutely beautiful and amazing! We had the best time there and everything was just as described and shown. They have easy access down to the lake which made it even better and their view from the patio is stunning. Home is stocked extremely well, their communication was quick and so extremely kind! Felt right at home & we would definitely book again if we get the chance too.

Beautiful and spacious home with wonderful decor. Great location- the view of sunrise over the lake was absolutely stunning.

Leslie was very considerate and had provided literally everything for us; trash bags, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, cooking items, blankets, pillows and basic necessities that we had forgot to pack. This was extremely helpful was we didn’t need to make an extra trip to the nearby Walmart 15 minutes away! It was all prepared which is a reflection of her amazing character. This time we didn’t get the chance to use the paddle board due to the weather in the Winter but nonetheless, my family enjoyed it here. Every night my husband and daughter would play the Connect 4 game and the house hosted a warm, comforting environment. Highly recommend, will definitely come back again in the Summer time to fish and enjoy the lake!

I had an amazing stay at this lakeside home on Clearlake! The view was absolutely stunning, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The house was very well-equipped with everything we needed, and I appreciated the thoughtful details, like having fishing rods available. The host went above and beyond by leaving snacks for us, which made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

This was our second time staying here & like the first, it did not disappoint. I can definitely see it becoming our come-to spot. It really has everything you need inside & out, for a nice, peaceful, relaxing time on the lake. We really enjoy our time here. The weather was perfect & fishing was great. The lake had a bit more algae this time, but that’s always iffy here & didn’t take away from being able to enjoy our time here. The nights were clear & cool & perfect for stargazing. Jeff is a fantastic host, kind & very responsive.
